Hola queridos amigos, espere se encuentren muy bien. En mi último post les comenté que he estado un poco ausente debido a que empecé en un nuevo trabajo y require de mi tiempo completo, han sido días rudos y más en las fechas navideñas.
Hello dear friends, I hope you are doing well. In my last post I told you that I have been a little absent due to the fact that I started a new job and it requires my full time, it has been hard days and even more in the Christmas season.
Mi nuevo trabajo es en una heladería, se llama "Amorino" y está ubicada en el C.C Traky Cumaná. Acá no solo ofrecemos helados, si no también obleas, la cual viene en dos presentaciones, la sencilla que consta en dos bases pegadas con arequipe, y arriba chocolate, arequipe, leche condensada y un topping, puede ser lluvia de colores o chocolate. La otra presentación es la especial, está se realiza con doble base pegada con arequipe, rellena con un topping especial que es oreo, cocosette o samba, e igual que la otra arriba lleva chocolate, leche condensada arequipe, y un topping de lluvia de chocolate o de colores.
My new job is in an ice cream shop, it is called "Amorino" and it is located in the Traky Cumaná Shopping Mall. Here we not only offer ice cream, but also wafers, which come in two presentations, the simple one that consists of two bases glued with arequipe, and on top chocolate, arequipe, condensed milk and a topping, it can be rain of colors or chocolate. The other presentation is the special one, it is made with a double base glued with arequipe, filled with a special topping that is oreo, cocosette or samba, and just like the other above it has chocolate, arequipe condensed milk, and a topping of chocolate or colored rain.
Otra de las cosas que ofrecemos es el desgranado, es algo nuevo acá en la ciudad ya que eso se ve es en Maracaibo, este producto se ofrece en tres presentaciones, pequeño, mediano y grande, y este no es más que maíz dulce cocinado a vapor con queso fundido, nata y queso de año. También ofrecemos dorilokos y takilokos, consta igualmente de lo que contiene el desgranado tradicional pero adicional se le agrega de topping dorito o el taki, ya eso es al gusto del cliente.
Another of the things we offer is the desgranado, it is something new here in the city since that is seen in Maracaibo, this product is offered in three presentations, small, medium and large, and this is nothing more than sweet corn steamed with melted cheese, cream and cheese of the year. We also offer dorilokos and takilokos, it also consists of what is contained in the traditional shelled corn but with the addition of dorito topping or taki, and that is to the taste of the customer.
Les confieso que al principio no sabía ni como hacer un helado, es más, ni me salían bien, pero confíe en mí, en mi potencial, me dije "yo si puedo" porque la verdad es que nadie nace aprendido, y me puse a practicar hasta que me saliera, y aquí estoy, feliz y orgullosa de haberme permitido comenzar esta aventura y dar lo mejor de mi para lograr hacer bien las cosas.
I confess that at the beginning I didn't even know how to make ice cream, in fact, I didn't even get it right, but I trusted in myself, in my potential, I said to myself "I can do it" because the truth is that nobody is born learned, and I started to practice until I got it right, and here I am, happy and proud of having allowed myself to start this adventure and give the best of me to get things right.
La receptividad ha Sido muy muy buena, los dias han estado súper rudos, pero cada minuto ha valido la pena, cada día nos superamos al anterior y eso nos hace felices. Ahora me siento una experta haciendo helado y espero seguir creciendo en esta hermosa empresa. Próximamente se estará agregando más cosas a nuestro menú, esperamos que nos visiten pronto y disfruten la hermosa experiencia que Amorino les trae.
The receptivity has been very very good, the days have been super rough, but every minute has been worth it, every day we surpass the previous one and that makes us happy. Now I feel like an expert making ice cream and I hope to continue growing in this beautiful company. Soon we will be adding more things to our menu, we hope you visit us soon and enjoy the beautiful experience that Amorino brings to you.
