Hola amigos, el día de ayer, en horas de la mañana, recibimos un taller de atención al cliente, el encuentro fue en el salón de conferencias, en dónde se encontraban principalmente las personas que habían sido ingresadas recientemente, es decir era una capacitación para los nuevos 😬.
Yo tengo pocos meses laborando en esta institución y créanme que me han pasado unos "chascos" con la gente, en realidad no es nada fácil tratar con el público y como este es un instituto de previsión y asistencia social, la mayoria de nuestros usuarios viene porque esta enfermo o necesita convalidar algún reposo médico.
Me parece genial que los directivos se preocupen en darnos este tipo de talleres que nos ayuden a realizar de forma eficiente nuestro trabajo y nuestro rol de servidores sociales.
El taller estuvo muy ameno, reímos, intervenimos para expresar lo que pensamos y hasta para contar algunas anécdotas referentes a la atención al público jejeje. Me encantó haber sido parte de este taller, de ahora en adelante me esforzare por sonreír más y tener más empatía con los demás.

I have been working in this institution for a few months and believe me, I have had some "disappointments" with people, it is not easy to deal with the public and as this is a welfare and social assistance institute, most of our users come because they are sick or need to validate some medical rest.
I think it is great that the directors are concerned about giving us this kind of workshops that help us to efficiently perform our work and our role as social servants.
The workshop was very enjoyable, we laughed, we intervened to express what we thought and even to tell some anecdotes related to customer service hehehehe. I loved being part of this workshop, from now on I will make an effort to smile more and have more empathy with others.
