I always thought physical fitness was all about the abs.
But then I realized, that there’s so much more.
As a medical student, engaging in my daily activities after an exercise and bath is always rewarding.
My mental proficiency seems to spike, as well as my alertness. I feel less lethargic too.
To add the level of confidence you feel particularly due to the discipline.
No number of books and positive talk can give you that.
I recommend you try it.
See exercise beyond building nice abs and landing that 8/10 lady or guy.
Get out early daily. Jog. Hit the gym.
