Buen día,comparto con ustedes la salida que hice para ir a cancelar la luz correspondiente al mes de Enero. La luz hay que cancelar luego de culminar el mes y por eso debo ir todos los meses a Corpoelec hacer el respectivo pago del mes anterior.
Siempre voy con una sobrina ,esta vez no hubo mucha gente en comparación a las veces anteriores,la cola estaba un poco corta y gracias a Dios las cajeras muy ágiles en el manejo del computador y así salimos rápido.
Lo que pude ver y encuentro mal es que los adultos mayores de edad avanzada también hacen su cola,estoy de acuerdo que la tercera edad como todo y ahí me incluyo podemos hacer la cola ero hay abuelitos que se ve su edad y dejan en la cola,también ví que llegó un señor discapacitado y pidió pasar y le dijeron que debía hacer la cola,en eso dije a la vigilante que por favor hablara con la cajera para que pasaran a ese señor de muletas,si no lo hacían yo iba a dar mi.puesto al señor que pasará antes que yo ya que estaba por entrar .
Menos mal la cajera le dijo que si lo iba a pasar,entonces lo ubicaron detrás de la que estaba en taquilla,ahí muestro una foto del señor esperando para pasar es inhumano hacer eso con una persona en esas condiciones.

What I could see and find wrong is that older adults also stand in line. I agree that the elderly, like everything else, and that includes me, can stand in line, but there are grandparents who show their age and leave them in line. I also saw that a disabled man arrived and asked to come in and they told him he had to stand in line. At that point, I told the security guard to please talk to the cashier so that they could pass that man with crutches. If they didn't, I was going to give my place to the person. Sir, you will pass before me since I was about to enter.
Thank goodness the cashier told him that if he was going to pass him, then they placed him behind the one at the ticket office, there I show a photo of the man waiting to pass, it is inhumane to do that with a person in those conditions.
