Hola a todos mis amigos de Hive, deseo que estén tenido una hermosa jornada donde quiera que estén. En la tarde de hoy me embarqué en la gran aventura de ir a la capital de todos los cubanos para disfrutar de la Feria del Libro. Desde pequeña siempre he considerado los libros como un escape y refugio, un hermoso lugar al que ir siempre que puedas. Es por ello que esto es más que un viaje, un regalo, un sueño cumplido para esa niña interna que llevo siempre conmigo y que desde su infancia soñó con comprar bellos libros en la capital.
Hello to all my Hive friends, I hope you are having a beautiful day wherever you are. This afternoon I embarked on the great adventure of going to the capital of all Cubans to enjoy the Book Fair. Since I was a little girl I have always considered books as an escape and refuge, a beautiful place to go whenever you can. That is why this is more than a trip, a gift, a dream fulfilled for that inner child that I always carry with me and that since childhood dreamed of buying beautiful books in the capital.
No les voy a mentir, estuve reuniendo un buen tiempo para este viaje porque quiero regresar con buenos ejemplares a casa.🥰Esta vez voy con mi amiga @gretvictcald y su familia, los cuales me acogieron sin dudarlo al saber de mi pasión por los libros. Llegamos bien temprano a la terminal para rectificar los pasajes y luego esperamos en el sitio previsto para ello. La guagua llegó con buen tiempo y guardamos y montamos en ella sin ninguna dificultad. Durante el viaje estuve leyendo varios posts en Ecency y buscando nuevas iniciativas en las Comunidades para esta semana. Varias me llamaron la atención y las fui anotando para no perderlas de vista.
I'm not going to lie to you, I was gathering a good time for this trip because I want to return home with good books.🥰This time I'm going with my friend @gretvictcald and her family, who welcomed me without hesitation when they knew about my passion for books. We arrived very early at the terminal to rectify the tickets and then we waited at the place provided for it. The bus arrived in good weather and we stowed and boarded it without any difficulty. During the trip I was reading several posts on Ecency and looking for new initiatives in the Communities for this week. Several caught my attention and I wrote them down so as not to lose sight of them.
En un trayecto del viaje cedí ante el cansancio y me dormí aunque quería disfrutar del paisaje. Al despertar solo nos quedaba media hora para llegar y para mi suerte pude disfrutar del entorno. Al llegar a la terminal de ómnibus salimos directo hacia la parada porque nuestro destino era Playa.Estuvimos esperando cerca de una hora en la parada y al ver ninguna señal de dicho transporte salimos caminando. Fue una larga pero emocionante caminata, en la que pude apreciar la verdadera Habana,esa en la que todos viven y sobreviven.
On one part of the trip I gave in to tiredness and fell asleep even though I wanted to enjoy the scenery. When I woke up, we only had half an hour to go and luckily I was able to enjoy the surroundings. When we arrived at the bus terminal we went straight to the bus stop because our destination was Playa.
We waited for about an hour at the bus stop and when we saw no sign of such transportation, we left walking. It was a long but exciting walk, in which I could appreciate the real Havana, the one where everyone lives and survives.
Cuando estábamos relativamente a mitad de camino vimos el establecimiento de "Zapata y 12" y no dudamos en preguntar si estaban atendiendo porque ya era muy tarde y tuvimos nuestras dudas. Para nuestra fortuna si estaban abiertos y pudimos disfrutar de una parada para refrescar con helado de fresa y excelente compañía. Nos tiramos algunas fotos y emprendimos la marcha de nuevo, yo venía con una mochila y un bolso y pues la caminata estuvo potente😂pero por suerte llegamos sanas y salvas a la casa del padre de @gretvictcald. Llegamos pasadas las 8:00 pm y no teníamos luz en la casa y apenas teníamos carga en los celulares para usar la linterna pero rápido mi amiga encontró la solución y pudimos bañarnos de uno en uno y luego comer.
When we were relatively half way we saw the establishment of “Zapata y 12” and we did not hesitate to ask if they were serving because it was already very late and we had our doubts. Fortunately they were open and we were able to enjoy a refreshing stop with strawberry ice cream and excellent company. We took some pictures and started walking again, I came with a backpack and a bag and the walk was powerful😂but luckily we arrived safe and sound to @gretvictcald's father's house. We arrived after 8:00 pm and we had no light in the house and barely had enough charge in our cell phones to use the flashlight but my friend quickly found the solution and we were able to bathe one at a time and then eat.
Al regresar la corriente, recargamos todos los dispositivos móviles y nos pusimos en función de escribir algunos posts para Ecency. Contando con la electricidad pudimos publicar dos posts y luego creamos las portadas de otros dos. Al estar preparando todo para ir a la feria, no he tenido mucho tiempo para escribir y publicar por eso es que he estado subiéndolos de dos en dos. Espero que comprendan y muchas gracias por todo el apoyo brindado mis queridos amigos.
When the power came back on, we recharged all the mobile devices and set about writing some posts for Ecency. Relying on electricity we were able to publish two posts and then created the covers for two more. As I've been preparing everything to go to the fair, I haven't had much time to write and post so I've been uploading them two at a time. I hope you understand and thank you very much for all the support my dear friends.
