Last Friday, we visited the nearest shopping mall to explore the indoor kid's park. It's a popular shopping hub known for its diverse array of stores, bustling atmosphere, and food - there's a little bit of everything.

First, we put our son in the play area called Babuland and then I went shopping. Well, my husband was there to look after him and it was a perfect opportunity for me to do some window shopping, product browsing, and exploring the mall.

Let me share my experience.

'Babuland' is a popular kid's play area in the city. It's always packed, and the entry fee is higher than other places, but it's fun. We had to pay $4 for our son and $1.5 each for the parents. The total was around $10, including VAT.

I spent a few minutes there and went to explore the mall.

As I stepped inside the mall, I was immediately drawn to the vibrant energy. What grabbed my attention at a glance is the ongoing sales. Different shops offer 20-70% discounts. I mean, who wouldn't love that?

I went to our traditional clothing stores to explore the salwar kameez. The discounts were lucrative but the price still doesn't seem justified. Also, the discounted items seem like a little off in terms of quality.

However, I'm planning to buy a top from another store that seems good.

Shimanto Shombhar seems like a perfect place that offers plenty of other shopping choices. The ground floor was busting with different bakeries, toys, and small stores. Upstairs was the hub of cosmetics, electronics, unique gift shops, shoes, and clothing stores.

The jewelry shops were really attractive. I bought a small bracelet for only $3. Also, my a small robot transform toy for my son for $5.

What struck me most about this mall was the lively yet relaxed environment. The ground floor was more crowded compared to the upstairs. This mall is a place where you can spend time with your family and hang out with friends, even solo travelers can enjoy shopping.

After around an hour of wandering around, I made my way to the exit to meet with my son and husband. We had some food and bought some home as well.

All in all, my visit to Shimanto Shombhar was an enjoyable experience. As a mom, I appreciate solo shopping like this as I can't have them often.

I’m looking forward to my next visit—there’s still so much to explore!
