woahhhh that’s nuts, but it makes sense!
So the development companies have a relationship with the real estate agents and they decide which area get sold to people 🤯 I know how sketchy the world can be but I forget sometimes because I’m far removed from this stuff.
I choose most things from information I had to work to get or I get from people I’m close with. If I don’t have a network like that I’ll look for one, not even cause it’s advantageous, just cause it makes life more enjoyable.
Among my friends it’s common knowledge that the best places in town to start a business or buy are all unlisted.
