Hola, espero estén teniendo un lindo día. Yo estuve organizando un par de cosas, descansé un rato y después, hice esta sesión de fotos. Realmente, aproveché muy bien el tiempo y no terminé destruida, como en otras ocasiones. Yo creo que, la clave está en saber cuándo parar (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧ yo solía exigirme demasiado, acaba exhausta y con menos disposición que antes... Asociaba la "productividad" con el trabajo forzado, cansancio extremo y por obvias razones, postergaba las cosas lo más que podía.
Hi, I hope you are having a nice day. I was organizing a couple of things, rested for a while and then, I did this photo shoot. I really made good use of the time and didn't end up destroyed, as in other occasions. I think that, the key is to know when to stop (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧ I used to demand too much of myself, end up exhausted and with less disposition than before... I associated "productivity" with forced labor, extreme tiredness and for obvious reasons, I procrastinated as much as I could.
