Bringing to you guys A day in my life activity of being a Realtor 🏢 which is part of my work among others. Am fully warmed up for the weekend guys, but when it comes to Leasing and Letting of Properties /Building in Real Estate 🏢 Field you might be forced to work on a weekend because some client only have time for inspection towards the weekend due to the kind of work or businesses they are engaged in during the working week days.
So today is one of the inspection days and I have to give it the best as this will enable me have full details about the Property /Building , the state and stage of work in the Property , how long more can it take to be ready especially if you see the client is serious and ready. I will not forget to mention to you all that, venturing into property /building work is a bit tasking which requires lots of energy but it's also rewarding if you are lucky with Lease, Let or Sale one. Woah !
So guys as the inspection day is going on, here I am at the roof top and one of the hallways of the building, with an overview towards other buildings. This overview seat~out place is attached to the Pent House of this building and this type of Properties can only be located in Highbrow Areas because of its cost. Parties and family get together can be held in this big seat out.
Going forward, here is one of the rooms in the Property with this big tall wardrobe area. This kind of wardrobe is an in~built wardrobe which is not movable but strictly attach to the wall area of the house and can stay and last as long as the build last. Lovely mahogany is not ?
In another room at the Property site guys. As painting was just being completed, fixing of interiors is starting to commence. With this shot you can see this blue beautiful light called Rope Light. This light is attached to the upper ceiling POP designed for each room of this property. This light comes in different colors.
Here in another room is an attached hoes to the wall which is ment for the Air Conditioner installation. You will find this hoes in all the rooms of this building.
This is how Properties Inspection goes guys. You will need every single detail as a Realtor to be able to communicate with your clients until they are ready to inspect a property in person.
