Today my husband and I had a dental consultation at the Abe Mall. We left home early and the weather was fantastic, a little hot, but here on Margarita Island the temperature reaches 32 degrees, which is normal. That's why air conditioning is required in many places.

Hoy mi esposo y yo teníamos consulta de odontología en el centro comercial Abe. Salimos temprano de casa y el clima era fantástico, un poco caluroso, pero acá en Isla Margarita la temperatura alcanza los 32 grados, lo cual es normal. Por eso, en muchos lugares se requiere aire acondicionado.
When we arrived at the shopping center, we parked and, since the consultation was on the first floor, we did not have to take the elevator up. Access was achieved by just walking up a few steps.
We arrived at the practice and it turned out to be very cozy. The air conditioning was super strong, which was very nice because the temperature outside was very high.
Al llegar al centro comercial, nos estacionamos y, como la consulta era en la planta baja, no tuvimos que subir por el ascensor. El acceso se lograba con solo subir unos pocos escalones.
Llegamos a la consulta y resultó ser muy acogedor. El aire acondicionado era súper fuerte, lo cual fue muy agradable porque la temperatura afuera era muy alta.
We waited to be called. I went first and came out quickly and very pleased with my filled molar. Now I have to go back next Thursday. My husband had a tooth pulled and is missing another one which will be next Thursday as well.
Esperamos ser llamados. Primero fui yo y salí rápido y muy complacida con mi muela empastada. Ahora tengo que volver el próximo jueves. A mi esposo le sacaron una muela y le falta otra que será el próximo jueves también.
After leaving the dentist, my husband felt very well and did not bleed much. He decided to stop by his work, as a colleague was going to give him some quail eggs to put in the incubator. We want to extend our breeding a bit more by incorporating quail, because the egg is very nutritious.
Al salir del dentista, mi esposo se sintió muy bien, ni sangró mucho. Decidió pasar por su trabajo, ya que un compañero le entregaría unos huevos de codorniz para ponerlos en la incubadora. Queremos extender un poco más nuestra cría incorporando codornices, porque el huevo es muy nutritivo.
When we arrived at the hotel, my husband went in search of the eggs. I was surprised when he gave them to me because I thought there would be 15 eggs and it turned out that we got 45 eggs. My concern is when they will hatch, as I had planned for 15 or less because not all the eggs always hatch. I have 15 days to prepare, as this brood interests me as it is a good source of nutritious food.
Al llegar al hotel, mi esposo fue en busca de los huevos. Me sorprendió cuando me los dio porque yo pensaba que serían 15 huevos y resultó que nos dieron 45. Por suerte, nuestra incubadora tiene capacidad para aceptarlos. Mi preocupación es cuando nazcan, ya que tenía previsto para 15 o menos porque no siempre salen todos los huevos. Tengo 15 días para prepararme, ya que esta cría me interesa por ser una buena fuente de alimentación nutritiva.
We continued on our way as my husband was as good as new and decided to drive, which gave me the opportunity to appreciate the scenery. The view was spectacular, with the sun shining over the sea and the mountains on the horizon. I love how nature here always has something beautiful to offer.
Continuamos nuestro camino ya que mi esposo estaba como nuevo y decidió manejar, lo que me dio la oportunidad de ir apreciando el paisaje. La vista era espectacular, con el sol brillando sobre el mar y las montañas en el horizonte. Me encanta cómo la naturaleza aquí siempre tiene algo hermoso que ofrecer.
When I got home, I started the incubator. All that remains is to wait for the 15 days to pass. I am excited to see how many chicks will come out and how they will develop. It is a project that we are very excited about and we hope it will be successful.
Al llegar a la casa, puse la incubadora en marcha. Solo falta esperar que pasen los 15 días. Estoy emocionada por ver cuántos polluelos saldrán y cómo se desarrollarán. Es un proyecto que nos tiene muy ilusionados y que esperamos sea exitoso.
