We decided to leave the house in search of the bolts needed for the repair. The weather was great, a little hot but this is very normal on the Island. With the sun shining and a gentle breeze, it was the perfect day for a little ride.Hello dear hivers and #lifestyle friends, I hope your weekend is going great. I tell you that mine was quite relaxed. We didn't have to leave the house at all, so I thought I'd get some rest. However, my husband wanted to go out and get some bolts and nuts to fix the car, since he is going back to work soon and he doesn't want to leave any pending issues that he can fix before that.
Decidimos salir de casa en busca de los tornillos necesarios para el arreglo. El clima estaba genial, un poco caluroso pero esto es muy normal en la Isla. Con el sol brillando y una brisa suave, era el día perfecto para un pequeño recorrido.Hola queridos hivers y amigos de #lifestyle, espero que su fin de semana esté siendo genial. Les cuento que el mío fue bastante relajado. No teníamos que salir de casa para nada, así que pensé en descansar un poco. Sin embargo, mi esposo quiso salir a buscar unos tornillos con tuercas para hacerle un arreglo al carro, ya que pronto se reincorpora al trabajo y no quiere dejar ningún pendiente que él pueda solucionar antes de eso.
We went straight to the city, where there are more options in terms of spare parts sales. During the drive, we enjoyed appreciating the natural and urban landscape, which with its radiant colors, resulted in a very pleasant view. The intense green of the trees, the blue of the sky, and the picturesque buildings really made the whole environment look like a great postcard.
Fuimos directo a la ciudad, donde hay más opciones en cuanto a venta de repuestos se trata. Durante el trayecto, disfrutamos apreciando el paisaje natural y urbano, que con sus colores radiantes, resultaban en una vista muy agradable. Los verdes intensos de los árboles, el azul del cielo, y los edificios pintorescos realmente todo su entorno como si fuera una gran postal.
After a long journey without success in finding what we needed, we decided to enter the Parque Costa Azul shopping mall in order to look for some key rings that would light up very well. These key chains are a very practical tool for traveling and also to have on hand during an unexpected power outage.
Luckily for us, the key chains were not out of stock. I really liked them because they are very practical and multifunctional lights. Happy with our purchase, we continued our tour. Although we didn't get the screws, we managed to settle with the mini pocket lamps which are really useful.
Después de un largo trayecto sin éxito en encontrar lo que necesitábamos, decidimos entrar al centro comercial Parque Costa Azul con el objetivo de buscar unos llaveros que alumbraran muy bien. Estos llaveros son una herramienta muy práctica para viajar y también para tener a mano durante un corte de luz inesperado.
Para nuestra suerte, los llaveros no se habían agotado. Me gustaron mucho porque son luces muy prácticas y multifuncionales. Contenta con nuestra compra, continuamos nuestro recorrido. Aunque no conseguimos los tornillos, logramos resolver con las mini lámparas de bolsillo que son realmente útiles.
As we were walking out of the mall, we couldn't resist and decided to buy a barquilla de mantecado which was deliciously refreshing. This little treat was a sweet addition to our day.
Mientras íbamos saliendo del centro comercial, no pudimos resistirnos y decidimos comprar una barquilla de mantecado que estaba deliciosamente refrescante. Este pequeño placer fue un dulce complemento para nuestro día.
We continued our journey back home, enjoying the ice cream and the excellent scenery that surrounded us.
To conclude our day we went to the river market and bought a few things to sweeten our day a little more.
The combination of a sunny day, delicious ice cream, and the company of my husband made this little tour very special for me.
Continuamos nuestro recorrido de vuelta a casa, disfrutando del helado y de los excelentes paisajes que nos rodeaban.
Para concluir nuestro día entramos al mercado río y compramos algunas cosas para endulzar un poco más nuestro día.
La combinación de un día soleado, helado delicioso, y la compañía de mi esposo hizo de este pequeño recorrido fuera muy especial para mi.
