🇪🇸 ~ ¡Hola a todos! 🥂 Hoy último día de 2024 quiero compartir el último recorrido en busca de materiales que hice en mi lugar feliz de la Ciudad de Maracaibo 🌞 🐦

Hoy mas que nunca estoy decidida a hacer del próximo año uno muy dichoso, un nuevo capítulo creativo donde no doy nada por sentado y agradeceré cada pequeña cosa del día a día, cuando hace unos meses solo estar de pie era increíblemente doloroso, hoy me siento mucho mejor tanto física como anímicamente 🏄‍♀️ ✨

He aprendido a bajar la velocidad, a dejar de correr, a que esta bien no ser productiva 24/7, pero también a que el tiempo de posponer mis mas queridos proyectos llegó a su fin. Es ahora o nunca y este recorrido también me ayudó a actualizarme con los precios de mi ciudad 💸 ✅

🇺🇸 ~ 🇪🇸 ~ Hello everyone! 🥂 Today, the last day of 2024, I want to share with you the last journey in search of materials that I made in my happy place in the city of Maracaibo 🌞 🐦

Today more than ever I am determined to make the next year a very happy one, a new creative chapter where I will take nothing for granted and be grateful for every little thing from day to day, if a few months ago just standing up was incredibly painful, today I feel much better both physically and psychologically 🏄‍♀️ ✨

I've learned to slow down, to stop running, that it's okay not to be productive 24/7, but also that the time for putting off my favorite projects has come to an end. It's now or never and this tour also helped me to catch up with the prices in my city 💸 ✅

✦ I changed some money to Bolivares before going out and well, I've taken a liking to wearing black and covering my face because the last few times I've gone out I've come back with allergies and fever from the heat ✦

✦ The first thing I needed was 1.5” wadding or quilted interlining, fortunately there was a new roll and the material was in good condition ✦

✦ Then I needed thin transparent PVC fabric, I'm dying to make a series of ItaBags, but this material was out of stock. It was also available and I bought enough! ✦

La primera sección que necesitaba visitar con urgencia fue la de tapicería. Algunas fotos las reservé para los respectivos proyectos a los que estan destinados los materiales que compré, así que parece breve pero fue la zona en la que más tiempo estuve: Pedí cortes de tela de tapicería, entretela y relleno.

The first section I had to visit was the upholstery section. I reserved some photos for the specific projects the materials I purchased were intended for, so this seems brief, but this was the area I spent the most time in: I ordered cuts of upholstery fabric, interlining and padding.

✦ But the kinky zone is always the most fun. The button and brooch section was stocked with new models and I was very happy to see that it was not old merchandise with defects ✦

✦ And also the glitter appliqué section, although I don't need them right now, I would like to buy some later for a Monster High project ✦

✦ And also the sequin patch section was interesting; there were some retro models like Nintendo controllers in a cute pastel vibe ✦

✦ I needed guava bias binding and guess what, there was none in all that variety XD ✦

✦ This wasn't in the plans, but you know when you see something and a voice in your head screams "I NEED IT!?" ✦

✦ Although the party and bakery area is not my specialty, I must admit that the area was nice and had good prices. There were complete sets for themed parties and good quality ✦

✦ Again, it's nice to see that this isn't old merchandise being presented as new ✦

✦ I LIKED THAT. THERE ARE DECORATED TAPES THAT CAN BE USED FOR JOURNALING ✦

✦ And lots of pipe cleaners, they are very fashionable ✦

✦ Here I have to buy a lot of white, beige and soft cream lace ✦

✦ Unfortunately, there wasn't the guava color I needed in the right width, but there were plenty of nice thin ones ✦

✦ @Pigritia asked me to see the section of brown yarns and brown cords ✦

✦ I haven't learned to crochet yet, but I think crochet artists would be very happy with so much variety! ✦

✦ It is very difficult to respect the budget with so many beautiful things, but my will is stronger, hahaha ✦

✦ At the last minute I got a treasure! I didn't know that wiki-wiki had been updated in presentation and variety of colors and I have to dye a white cotton dress that is stained but I don't want to throw it away ✦

La cuenta entró perfectamente en lo que tenía estimado e incluso con las cosas lindas no planificadas. Compré un total 40 metros de encaje de diferentes colores y diámetros.

The bill came in perfectly in what I had estimated and even with the unplanned pretty things. I bought a total of 40 meters of lace in different colors and diameters.

✦ Bring the loot home! ✦

✦ These little clear plastic domes are a gem for me, I know I will need them for a Magical Girl costume! ✦

✦ I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS LITTLE PINK TEDDY BEAR CASE, I HAVE BIG PLANS FOR IT ✦

✦ The material chosen for the "Eeyore" tote bag and the wiki-wiki for the dress project, for which I have to find a pot to literally boil the dress xD ✦

✦ I can't live without this kind of brooches, I use them for many things and I feel helpless when they run out in my sewing box ✦

✦ Let's just say I got 90% of the things I was looking for! ✦

✦ I have big plans for you precious friend! ✦

Aquí son las 10:16 pm, y estoy vigilando una torta que metí en el horno a último momento antes de irme a vestir 😂 ¡los quiero mucho y nos vemos mañana con el recorrido de la cena de Año Nuevo! 🍷 🍰
