This is my first time writing in this community, and I am so happy to be able to share my story. I want to tell you about an amazing experience with some other fans in supporting our favorite actor from South Korea. As someone who really admires his talent and dedication, I decided to give special support to the actor in a meaningful and meaningful way.
If you have ever watched the Korean drama titled The Fiery Priest which aired in 2019, you must be familiar with the character of a Catholic priest with overflowing emotions and a very interesting personality. The role was played brilliantly by the talented actor Kim Nam Gil. Thanks to his stunning acting, he managed to win the hearts of millions of fans, including me.
Currently, Kim Nam Gil is involved in filming the second season of the drama The Fiery Priest Season 2, which is still airing every week. As a form of support, I along with some other fans decided to give something special. We not only sent flower buckets decorated with unique dolls that resemble Kim Nam Gil, but also carried out a social action in the form of rice donations.
We managed to collect a donation of 100 kg of rice, which was then donated to the Paju Senior Welfare Center in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. This center is known as a shelter for the elderly in need, and we hope that this donation will help them meet their daily needs.
This preparation certainly took a lot of time and coordination. We started from fundraising, designing the flower bucket design, to choosing a doll that was specially made to resemble Kim Nam Gil. This process took about three months, and during that time, our enthusiasm never waned. In fact, the closer we got to the delivery day, the greater our enthusiasm.
The long-awaited day finally arrived. All preparations were complete, and we sent this gift directly to Kim Nam Gil's agency, Gilstory Entertainment. The delivery process was represented by one of our friends who lives in Korea. Seeing the photos of the delivery that were well received by the agency, we felt relieved and happy. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing that our support has arrived safely to the actor.
In addition, we also made a special banner that conveyed messages of support and hopes that Kim Nam Gil would stay healthy and enthusiastic during the filming process. This banner was placed on the set as a symbol of love and support from his fans.
As a fan, I feel that small acts like this are a real form of appreciation for an actor’s hard work. Kim Nam Gil is not only a talented actor, but also an inspiration to many people, including myself. He always shows great dedication in every project he works on, and this makes us, as his fans, feel the need to give something in return to cheer him on.
Through this experience, I learned that supporting an idol doesn’t always have to be about big or extravagant things. Even simple actions, such as organizing donations and sending gifts, can be meaningful ways to show our love and appreciation.
