¡Hola a todos! Les deseo un feliz 2023 lleno de cosas buenas, hoy quiero compartir un poco de algo que suelo hacer para enfocar mis metas, mis proyectos y poder cumplirlos.
No sé si han han escuchado que es un visión board pero es básicamente un tablero de visión, también conocido como tablero de sueños en donde en un cuadro o en la superficie que quieras colocas imágenes de todo lo que quieras lograr en el tiempo que tú quieras.
Hello everyone! I wish you a happy 2023 full of good things, today I want to share a bit of something that I usually do to focus my goals, my projects and be able to achieve them.
I don't know if you have heard that it is a vision board but it is basically a vision board, also known as a dream board where in a box or on the surface you want you place images of everything you want to achieve in the time you want .
Los visión board se pueden usar de diferentes formas pero el fin es el mismo y ese es enfocarnos en nuestras metas. Yo personalmente creo y practico la ley de atracción y suelo hacer visión board para enfocarme y manifestar lo que quiero lograr.
Muchas personas tienen en mal termino lo que es la ley de la atracción, pero no los culpo ya que muchas personas en redes solo por ganar seguidores se inventan cualquier cosa y creen que es como magia cuando no es así. Yo desde hace 2 años ya lo práctico y es impresionante como las cosas se van dando.
The vision board can be used in different ways but the end is the same and that is to focus on our goals. I personally believe and practice the law of attraction and I usually do a vision board to focus and manifest what I want to achieve.
Many people have a bad opinion of what the law of attraction is, but I don't blame them since many people in networks just to gain followers invent anything and believe that it is like magic when it is not. I have been practical for 2 years now and it is impressive how things are taking place.
Para este 2023 tengo nuevos proyectos así que me hice un nuevo visión board que compartiré con ustedes, para hacerlo puedes usar recorte de fotos o incluso dibujarlo, también se puede hacer de forma digital pero siempre es mejor que tus manos y tu energía estén involucradas en lo que haces, yo hice dibujos de lo que quiero para mi este año.
Es importante saber que todo lo debes hacer como si ya hubieras cumplido esa meta, como si vieras una foto de ti disfrutando del momento. Si te interesa saber sobre la ley de la atracción te recomiendo que veas a Paola Herrera la puedes encontrar en youtube, sus videos son magníficos y ella es un gran ejemplo a seguir, además de hablar de lo que es la verdadera ley de atracción.

Para comenzar hice una lista escrita de lo que quiero y en base a eso hice los dibujos, algunos están censurados porque son muy personales jajaja pero aquí están algunos y unas frases para pegarles.
To start I made a written list of what I want and based on that I made the drawings, some are censored because they are very personal hahaha but here are some and some phrases to hit them.
Tome estas tablas de madera que tenía e hice este tipo de marco, lo pinte de líneas desordenadas con los colores que más me gustan, azul, morado y rosa. Esperé a que secara la pintura y procedí a ordenar las imágenes en la madera para tener una idea de cómo colocarlas.
I took these wooden boards that I had and made this type of frame, I painted it with messy lines with the colors that I like the most, blue, purple and pink. I waited for the paint to dry and proceeded to arrange the images on the wood to get an idea of how to place them.
Ahora que sabia como ponerlas las pegue con cinta adhesiva para poder usar el marco después para otro visión board en el futuro.
Y así quedo, me gusta mucho porque incluso en los dibujos use colores pastel. Anterior a este tenía otro visión board y muchas cosas grande se me cumplieron pero mi vida a cambiado mucho últimamente y tengo otros proyectos por lo que hice uno nuevo. Espero que muchas cosas se me cumplan y pues solo me queda trabajar en ello muy enfocada, tal vez a como vaya cumpliendo las cosas las comparta con ustedes. Cabe aclarar que no todo se debe cumplir en un año por lo que lo que se quiera en especifico para este año se le debe poner fecha.
Now that I knew how to put them up I taped them together so I could use the frame later for another vision board in the future.
And that's how it stays, I really like it because even in the drawings I use pastel colors. Before this I had another vision board and many great things came true for me but my life has changed a lot lately and I have other projects so I made a new one. I hope that many things come true for me and I just have to work on it very focused, maybe as I go about fulfilling things I will share them with you. It should be clarified that not everything must be fulfilled in one year, so what is wanted specifically for this year must be dated.
