Hola amigos, es un gusto saludarles, aprovechando para contarles lo que fue una actividad de mi pequeño Diego en su escuela y de la que salí muy orgullosa, Dónde le tocó hablar de una efemérides.
Mi pequeño Diego es excelente, inteligente y muy talentoso, por lo que quedó seleccionado en su salón de clases como el vocero de la parte cultural y de eventos, no recuerdo exactamente el nombre que le dan, pero palabras más, palabras menos, es quien se encarga de hacer las presentaciones en los eventos que se realicen en la escuela representando a su salón.
En esta oportunidad le tocó presentar una efemérides en el acto cívico. Para los que no entienden esto, el acto cívico actualmente, es el momento en el que todos los estudiantes se forman en la escuela para cantar el himno nacional, y es en ese momento cuando se hablan de las efemérides correspondientes a la fecha.

En esa oportunidad, le tocó hablar sobre los diablos danzantes de Yare, y enseñándole terminé aprendiendo más sobre el tema, conociendo que han sido reconocidos los diablos de Yare como un patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la humanidad por la UNESCO el 4 de diciembre del 2012.
También aprendí que es una tradición propia del estado Miranda en mi país Venezuela, dónde un grupo de bailarines vestidos con coloridos trajes realizan una danza, en la que representan la lucha entre el bien y el mal y dónde a su vez se le rinde homenaje a la virgen de la Candelaria.
Este día fue agotador porque me había acostado supertarde y tenía sueño, sin embargo, tenía que estar a las 6 y 30 am en la escuela para que prepararen a Diego con el atuendo que le pusieron y se organizara todo, para estar listos a tiempo antes de que comenzará la hora de cantar el himno, lo que implicó que me levantara mucho más temprano de lo habitual y si les soy sincera, levantarme temprano es algo que me cuesta un montón.

Al terminar Diego su presentación nos lo llevamos a casa, porque ya en su salón no tenía actividades académicas.
Me acosté tarde, me levanté muy temprano, Pero me quedó la satisfacción de ver a mi hijo lucirse y hacer muy bien lo que su maestra le había indicado. Una debilidad que aun la escuela no ha corregido es el tema del micrófono, por lo que Diego, quien suele hablar muy bajo, tuvo que hacer un gran esfuerzo para que su voz se proyectara para todos y lo logró.
Amo apoyar a mis hijos en sus actividades escolares, estar ahí acompañándolos y ayudándolos en lo que necesiten me llena de mucha alegría y satisfacción, pese a cualquier otro compromiso, ellos siempre serán mi prioridad. Y he sabido de qué el esfuerzo que hacemos hoy y es la recompensa de un mañana. Por eso aplaudo y valoro a todos esos padres responsables que aun con tantas actividades por hacer se toman el tiempo para acompañar a sus hijos y brindarle todo su apoyo.
When Diego finished his presentation we took him home, because he had no academic activities in his classroom.
I went to bed late and got up very early, but I was left with the satisfaction of seeing my son show off and do very well what his teacher had told him to do. One weakness that the school has not yet corrected is the issue of the microphone, so Diego, who usually speaks very softly, had to make a great effort to make his voice heard by everyone and he succeeded.
I love to support my children in their school activities, being there accompanying them and helping them in whatever they need fills me with great joy and satisfaction, despite any other commitment, they will always be my priority. And I have learned that the effort we make today is the reward of tomorrow. That is why I applaud and value all those responsible parents who, even with so many activities to do, take the time to accompany their children and give them all their support.
