Good day, hive family and friends! How's your holiday season? I hope we are all relaxing and having a good time with our family and friends or taking a moment for ourselves and making the most of it.
In this holiday season, my wife and I decided to cover up the missed moments with our kids. Since Ioseph and Jehoia are not really into desserts and sweets. We decided to buy an ice cream for them. We cooked for our dinner, and we went to the ice cream store to purchase a delicious flavor that our kids would surely love.
I am very strict in disciplining our kids. But I always made them feel loved and supported by showing it to them by providing their needs and wants and, of course, by having moments with them during our free time. Giving them time either for leisure like playing games or eating their favorite snacks. This time, we purchased the double Dutch ice cream, and when they saw it, they were very happy, and they promised to eat well during dinner.
We had our dinner first. Jehoia ate well because she was so excited to taste the ice cream. A week before this, we went to the Paseo and had a halo-halo from cooler's delight. But as we all know, most of the kids love desserts and sweets. We just don't want our kids to go beyond their limits. They have very sensitive skin. We have observed that once they take plenty of sweets and eat the foods they are allergic to, they will get rashes. And it will make us go for a checkup with a dermatologist and spend thousands for the treatment.
After our dinner, I opened the ice cream container and gave them their share. Jehoia was so happy since we seldom buy and stock an ice cream in the fridge. They liked the flavor so much and even asked for more. After they finished eating, Ioseph cleaned the table and washed the dishes. While Jehoia swept the floor and prepared herself for our worship at home.
I wish that as they grow up, they will avoid taking much sweets and unhealthy foods. Just like Jehoia, ever since she was a baby, she never had any soda drinks. When somebody gives her some, she rejects it and will ask for water instead. After she ate the ice cream, she drank plenty of water because she knew that she might get a cough from taking such a cold and sweet dessert.
Thank you for taking the time to read this short blog. I hope you'll support and read more in the future. Till next time.

First off, they are so cute and well behaved. Eating the main course well and helping afterwards for a delicious flavor of ice cream. I've seen others share this flavor before, it must really be tasty. Thanks for sharing and continue with good vibes through out the holiday season. 🍦 🍨
