Con este verano tan fuerte que está haciendo por estos lados que más delicioso para refrescarse que un buen helado esta vez los quise hacer de frutos amarillos esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad la descubrí hace un par de días por qué vi una publicación @mariafrancesita sobre helados y entonces quise compartirlo con ustedes espero se animen a hacerlos quedan superdeliciosos y muy refrescantes.

Después de haber lavado y pelar muy bien las frutas que utilice en esta preparación de pulpa, solo voy a usar las cantidades que te mencione en los ingredientes.

Agrego la pulpa de mango piña y maracuyá a la licuadora solo echo un vaso de agua que equivale a 200 ml, ya que mi intención es que estos helados queden con demasiado sabor a frutas también echo el azúcar si quieres agregar más lo puedes hacer, pero en mi caso está bien así, ya que las frutas contienen su propio dulce licuamos por un par de minutos.

Acá lo que hice fue pasar por un colador o cedazo la mezcla y como puedes observar quedo bien espesa así se siente más la concentración de las frutas en estos vasitos eche pulpa de maracuyá que había dejado reservada previamente luego echo mezcla y cuando este por la mitad agrego también trozos de piña y después más mezcla hasta llenar los vasos para que al comer las cremas como son conocidas en Antioquia se sienta la fruta los palitos siempre los pongo a remojar en agua con unas gotas de limón para que suelten ese sabor a madera que no me gusta para nada.

Introduzco los palos en los helados o cremas y llevo al congelador en mi caso las, deje 24 horas para que estén bien congeladas y mira el resultado de estos ricos helados te garantizo que si los haces te van a gustar si te gustan los ingredientes claro esta, cuéntame que te parecen mis helados te animarías a comerte uno.

Si es una combinación rica de estos frutos entre si a pesar de que el mango es dulce y la maracuyá es ácida ,se llevan muy bien además está piña es una variedad oro miel y sabe súper dulce y riquísima

Si tiene maracuyá pero en menor cantidad que los dos frutos, pero la combinación de estas tres frutas es muy rica ,tampoco conocía está comunidad la conocí hace poquito la verdad pero está chévere
