The other day, I found this nutty boy playing with a spider he had found. He kept tossing it up in the air and then he would roll over it. He was able to kill it pretty quickly with all the "playing" he was doing! It was a large spider that we call a "skinny tarantula," but others have identified it as a "wandering" spider. Some call them wolf spiders, but I'm not really sure what they are. We have them on occasion, especially in dry season when they come out looking for water! They're harmless (as far as we know) and we usually try to relocate them quickly.
