Greetings fabulous Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia!

It's the weekend already, and that also means Caturday," my favorite day of the week for sharing cat photos and... just being the center of attention.

Busy House...

Doesn't look like I am going to get much time for cat napping this weekend because the Hoomans' adult son and daughter are both visiting from Seattle for the weekend.

The Daughter-Hooman even brought her little dog, which means I constantly have to be on guard and aware of my steps — in my own house! — because it is really not used to being around cats.

Last I checked, they were all asleep though... so I am having a moment of respite!

Another Month, Another Quarter...

And in the meantime, it has become October!

I enjoyed the summer, but I am happy the Hoomans will be spending more time inside with me now that most of their outdoor projects are winding down.

In the meantime, the 3rd quarter marks when I finally got myself around to working more actively on my Hive Cats Community, including getting a weekly summary post of Hive Cat Content started.

We now have over 100 subscribers, and a greater number of active users, which is very cool!

4th Quarter Good for Cryptos?

Meanwhile, I am happy to see the 4th quarter. As I recall, this is generally a pretty good time for the Cryptosphere.

At the moment, it even looks like we are enjoying a bit of a "mini recovery" from the recent doldrums.

Whether we'll still see "$100,000 Bitcoin" before the end of the year — as many predicted at the end of 2020 — remains to be seen. In 2017, we did go from $4,400 to $20,000 in the 4th quarter (over 400%) so I suppose it could happen again!

Meanwhile, what this cat would like for Christmas is $1.00+ Hive! That, and of course some catnip and kitty treats.

Caturday Community by @saboin is a community where we get to celebrate posts relating to Saturday — aka "Caturday" — our own special day!

Cat Photos by @andrarchy is a "mixed use" cat content community; posts can be just photos or longer, as long as the subject is CATS! It has a lot of subscribers but is not very active.

Cats by @captainklaus (and Sissi!) is another "general" cat content community; it's there, but not very active.

Last, but certainly not least, a special shoutout to the recently formed Hive Pets Community which has become quite active and has quite a bit of cat content!

There are a number of other feline communities listed on Hive, but I am not sharing them for now as they have not had any activity (by their Admins OR users) since the Steem/Hive fork. Updates as they become available!
