First toe dip of the season

The weather was so nice and sunny and warm yesterday, it was beckoning us outdoors. So we packed a couple of beers, the baby and the dog and ventured to the local park near the river Foron. We found the perfect secluded spot - right next to the water, with trees and the hilly landscape hugging us in away from the eyes and bustle of all the other families who'd had the same idea. There I had my first toe dip of the season,in fact - it's the first time I've set my foot in the French waters! And I did it while holding a very nice French beer from the Mont Blanc brewery. This Cristal IPA was on point - perfect soft IPA with a decent amount of hop bitterness, crisp and fresh. It made the perfect Sunday afternoon.
