Polar Beer
This story of a trip and how we identify what is ours and want to take it with us, to keep it in our memories, this is the case of Polar beer, which is made in Venezuela, and has become the companion multiple celebrations, with friends, family or alone, as was my case.
I had the opportunity to have some very cold beers on the border of Venezuela with Brazil, specifically in Santa Elena de Uairén, in a quite interesting inn, comfortable as well as beautiful, I will be sharing this place in another publication, because this is about the beer and what I was feeling at this moment that I was saying goodbye to my country doing a solo celebration with my polar beer.
This beer, called Polar Negra, or Pilsen, has been brewed at Cervecerías Polar C.A for more than 30 years. It is part of almost all Venezuelan families. Among its ingredients it contains: cereals, malted barley, hops and stabilizers. If you drink 4 beers you can feel how the body is already beginning to feel the 4.5 degrees of alcohol it contains, so a Polar beer is to be enjoyed, I prefer to accompany it with some snacks.
I remember that that day it rained a lot because in that place on the border, rain is not strange, because it always rains when we are so close to the Gran Sabana our great natural lung, full of life and beauty.

Cerveza Polar
Esta historia en la de un viaje y de cómo nos vamos identificando lo que es nuestro y deseamos llevarnos con nosotros, para guardarlo en nuestros recuerdos, este es el caso de la cerveza Polar que es hecha en Venezuela, y se ha convertido en la compañera de múltiples celebraciones, con amigos, en familia o en soledad, como fue mi caso.
Tuve la oportunidad de tomarme unas cervezas bien frías en las frontera de Venezuela con Brasil, en específico en Santa Elena de Uairén, en una posada bastante interesante, cómoda además de bonita, de este lugar estaré compartiendo en otra publicación, porque esta se trata de la cerveza y lo que estaba sintiendo en este momento que me despedía de mi país haciendo una celebración en solitario con mi cerveza polar.
Esta cerveza que se llama polar negra, o Pilsen y es elaborada en Cervecerías Polar C.A, desde hace más de 30 años, casi forma parte de todas las familias venezolanas. Entre sus ingredientes contiene: cereales, cebada malteada, lúpulo y estabilizantes. Si te tomas 4 cervezas puedes sentir como el cuerpo ya comienza a sentir los 4.5 grados de alcohol que contiene, por ello una cerveza Polar es para disfrutarla, yo prefiero acompañara con algunos pasapalos.
Recuerdo que ese día llovía mucho porque en ese lugar en la frontera, la lluvia no es extraña, porque siempre llueve al encontrarnos tan cerca de la Gran Sabana nuestro gran pulmón natural, lleno de vida y belleza.

A beer to make friends
While I was enjoying my beer alone, I met the driver of the transport that had taken me more than 2,700 kilometers from my place of departure to that remote part of the country, so I decided to congratulate him on his good driving job and I took advantage of it. to offer him a beer, in this case he asked for a Brazilian beer, SCHIN, which I tried just a sip, because soon I would cross the border and be in Brazil and now, I would have many opportunities to get to know other beers from that new country that awaited me.
My solo celebration ended in the company of a new friend and then others joined the celebration, talking over beers and enjoying a different moment, like a farewell. Around a beer you can always share and meet new friends.
For the reasons stated above, this publication carries a thought like: Crossing borders and celebrating this journey with polar beer.

Una Cerveza para hacer amigos
Mientras disfrutaba de mi cerveza en solitario, me encontré con el chofer del transporte que había llevado por más de 2700 kilómetro desde mi lugar de partida hasta ese lugar tan recóndito del país, así que me animé a felicitarlo por su buen trabajo de manejo y aproveché para brindarle una cerveza, en este caso el pidió una cerveza brasileña, SCHIN la cual probé solo un sorbo, porque pronto yo cruzaría la frontera y estaría en Brasil y ya, tendría muchas oportunidades de conocer otras cervezas de ese nuevo país que me esperaba.
Mi celebración en solitario terminó en compañía de un nuevo amigo y luego se unieron otros más a la celebración, conversando de cervezas y disfrutando de un momento diferente, como una despedida. Alrededor de una cerveza siempre se puede compartir y conocer a nuevos amigos.
Por las razones expuestas anteriormente, esta publicación lleva un pensamiento como: Cruzando fronteras y celebrando este viaje con cerveza polar.
