Thanks, it has taken all 30 years I been brewing to get to the set up I have now. I started brewing and fermenting in plastic 5 gallon buckets.

Nice! Some friends and I tried making some wine in college in some two liter bottles and we had balloons on top so when the balloons filled with air it was supposed to be done. That's the only thing I have done like that.
