It is interesting how many of us relate celebration with drinks. Whether we are thinking about a party or a particular event, there is no doubt that one of the things that should never be missing is precisely what is related to drinks. Sometimes we have the ideal reason to do it but we do not have enough money, or it also happens that you have to give you that pleasure even if you do not feel a valid reason to give you that luxury and enjoy it even if you are alone. But it can also happen that, just like that, you find yourself looking for both things: a good drink and a reason to enjoy it.
Just being in that peculiar search and observing the options you have, suddenly someone approaches you and asks: "Hey! What are you celebrating?" Well, they assume that your search is not empty or in vain but that there is a motivation behind it. That's how I found myself but with no answer as I was still searching for that couple of things. One part of my thoughts said "Let's go have a beer", or "We can try this new wine", "How about trying this sangria"? And while that's going on, on the other side you're trying to find that urge to want to celebrate something or just a motivation to combine the two.
Even with the bottles in my hand I still had that question echoing inside me: "What are you celebrating?" And then it's there where for a moment I start thinking about what might lead me to buy something to drink. So I start to reflect on what I have done and want to do here at Hive, you take a look around and realize how things are starting off on the right foot, which is fueling even more the desire to keep working and growing on the platform. On top of that I feel supported by certain people who have not stopped being there with me whatever the situation and who with their words become a real source of encouragement and inspiration.
This is how once again that question comes to my mind, "What are you going to celebrate?" And then I fall into the reality that there is always something for which we should be thankful, commemorate and celebrate in our life. We should never lose that precious essence that will not allow us to fall but will sustain us and bring us to a level that drives us to do our best. Even in my worst moments, a bottle of wine has been a good company to listen and pay attention to my reflections. The truth is that I am still in a dilemma as to what to buy or not, but what seems to be a little clearer now is that if you look, you will always find that little detail that invites you to celebrate something special that you have experienced or that you are about to experience.
