I have several friends, with whom I often go out to one of the nearby pubs for a pint of beer.
They are not fans of craft beer, they drink industrial lagers, and their biggest reach is wheat beers or sometimes some dark beer.
When I find a Craft beer, which I think would satisfy their taste, if it is not too hoppy, if they do not feel tropical, fruity notes, caramel or sweet flavors, I buy it and give it to each of them for a special occasion.
And they, knowing that I taste Craft beers, gift me some lager or wheat beer that satisfied their taste.
Fair and friendly 🙂
I got one from a German brewery from the north of the so-called beer area.
Bayreuther Brauhaus, Bayreuther Hell, Helles Lager 4.9%.
Considering that it is a lager, a classic Bavarian beer, light, refreshing and drinkable, I decided to drink it with lunch.
I enjoyed it with a quality piece of meat and some fresh young cabbage.
I mentioned that it is a "classic" Bavarian beer, because Bavarian beer purity laws have been applied to the brewing of Bavarian beer for generations and only 4 ingredients are used: water, barley malt, hops and yeast.
Barley and hops are most often produced by local farmers, and yeast is most often a product of the brewers themselves, with recipes kept for generations.
The Bayreuther Brauhaus brewery is located in the north of Bavaria in Germany in the town of Bayreuth. This region, the so-called Upper Franconia, is known as the region with the most breweries in the world.
In addition to Bayreuther Hell beer, this brewery also brews other types of beer:
Bayreuther Hefe Weissbier
Bayreuther Bock Bier
Bayreuther Urstoff
Bayreuther Hell Helles is a light lager beer.
It's a half-liter bottle, and it takes a bottle opener to open, so I reached for one that I got from a friend as a souvenir from the Czech Republic 🙂
After pouring into the glass, the beer has a weak foam that disappears quickly.
It has a mild malt flavor with hints of hops and a balanced taste.
It is pleasant to drink, has no great bitterness and medium carbonation.
All in all, I must admit and thank my friends who chose it for me, the beer is excellent, light, refreshing, ideal with food and some strong, spicy or marinated meat.
With a Cheers, I greet you my dear beer drinkers from the #Beer community and wish you a delicious tasting of your favorite drink in this week's #BeerSaturday challenge.
Sending you Ecency curation votes.😉

I think it's a perfect international collaboration. German beer and Czech bottle opener in Bulgarian cuisine :-)
I'm sorry, but I'll correct you. It is not Bulgarian but Serbian cuisine😁
I apologize for my ignorance. Next time I'll remember which cuisine to put you in :-)
I believe that Bulgarian cuisine is also excellent, but I forgot the tastes of their cuisine, because the last time I had lunch in Sofia was 25 years ago 🙂
You're in a much better position than I am. The last time I tasted Bulgarian cuisine was in 1989 in Varna.
