RE: Cryptobrewmaster, Beer and Mayan Pyramids

in BEERlast year

Perhaps you do not know, but for many years I have been the founder of the Ukrainian HIVE community.
Accordingly, as a curator, I vote for the posts of its participants.
Currently, it is best to promote HIVE through Liketu.
This app is simple and easy to use.
And not all users are writers or bloggers.
HIVE needs mass adoption to succeed.
Such services as Liketu are suitable for this.
To motivate further use Liketu, I vote for Moments of members of our community as soon as the battery of my account is charged.
This is approximately 5 or 6 days after publication.
Users of Liketu take the received HBD to @cryptex24 exchange, where they are sold in pairs with the Ukrainian hryvnia.
And I buy HBD on this exchange and send them to my account.
Maybe you can suggest another way of popularizing HIVE?
Because in five years I have already tried many things.

Perhaps you do not know but I have been on this chain almost since thr beginning. I have seen pretty much all of the ways that people justify their actions.

I fear what you are trying which looks like farming dressed up as promotion isn't working.

In particular this. There is no need for 6th day voting and you know it. You currently have over 85% VP which blows this out of the water.

There isn't much more to say in this conversation. I will act as a Hive stakeholder concerned for the platform and you shall act as you have been. Gifting money to accounts who post comments just to receive it and promptly sending that money back out.

What you are doing is in no way good for Hive except to promote it as a free money pot and a bit of a scam.

Your right to act as you see fit.
You still did not answer me, what should be done to make HIVE popular?

A question to which there is no easy answer however my favroute response to that is...

Get rid of scammers...

The main concern is that the fight against scammers did not lead to a mass activation of Power Down and people did not start leaving the Hive community.
As history shows, the pursuit of witches has not yet led to anything good.

But that doesn't mean that we should stay our hand out of fear and allow bad practices to graduate into worse behaviour and resulting in the effective demise of the platform.

We should demonstrate the behaviours in the users we want to see.
