A solas con una cerveza

Hola amigos de @beer, mi amiga @maylink me ha convocado a participar en la iniciativa #beersaturday 397. Mientras leía su post me dije, ah pero ella está compartiendo su cerveza con su esposo @daddyvaldes y en torno a esas cervezas salen historias en común, no tendré mucho que decir, pensé.

Y mientras elaboraba una receta que luego les comparto, me apeteció beberme una cerveza Cristal. Me detuve en la imagen de la Cerveza preferida de Cuba, con símbolos cubanos como la palma y un sabor característico que en otros paises han querido imitar por el arraigo a la tierra. Los olores y sabores nos dan la permanencia de nuestras costumbres y la Cerveza Cristal lo ha logado.
Unos la prefieren en lata, otros en botella, pero si es dispensada igual se disfruta. Y al cubano nadie lo puede engañar, el sabor de la Cristal es único, suave; es enamoradiza, te va conquistando el paladar y al rato pues saca sonrisas y algún que otro secreto.

Y me dije, yo sola bebiendo cerveza, ¿que dirán si me ven bebiendo cerveza y sola?. Pues de eso se trata, de discernir que deseamos y que imponen las reglas sociales. La cerveza no solo representa un producto demandado sino un comportamiento sicial.
La sociedad se rige por leyes beneficiosas para el orden común, pero también adopta reglas nacidas de los prejuicios y el machismo. Una mujer no debe beber sola, he escuchado, sin embargo tengo amigas que llegan a un bar y consumen una cerveza, dos ...bajo la mirada escudriñadora de los hombres.

Hemos concedido a la cerveza, como a otras bebidas, la connotación simbólica de socialización y a los hombres la simbología de fuerza, liberación y proteccion. Cuando alguien consume cerveza a solas alojamos el sentimiento del alcoholismo, desafio, rompimiento de reglas.
Beber cerveza es un acto tan común y normal como beber un refrezco, un té o un café.

Nuestra responsabilidad con el cuidado de nuestro organismo ha de estar presente a la hora de consumir cualquier alimento: el café sube la tensión arterial; la grasa y los carbohidratos producen obesidad y por todas esas circunstancias mueren miles de personas en todo el mundo. Ante el consumo de esos productos no hay reprimenda social.
¿Qué diferencia existe entre esos productos y la cerveza?, nuestro comportamiento.
Debemos tener un comportamiento responsable a la hora de consumir cualquier alimento o bebida que obnubile los sentidos.
