Anything over the age of 30 one feels the speed pick up, something we all appear to experience, by 40 start complaining as to how fast things are.... Won't go further in aging too many let the wheels fall off!

Eish, I think I need to slow down myself in some way. I am nearing that three zero age and when you hit it 40 is around the corner. Slow cooking, slow food, slow fermentation. Deep breaths haha.
