Getting fat is a matter of many things and not just beer.

People eat and drink way to much of sugar (coke) or wrong food and mainly less movement or non sports.

A good and tasty beer a day doesn't make you fat.

If you have 20 beer a day you have another problem.

Absolutely!
I have friends who regularly exercise, run or do physically demanding jobs, which lose all the calories they consume with beer.
But, the truth is, they don't drink 20 pieces, one or two beers can't hurt, even for us who are less physically active.
