Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of attending an inaugural dealer appreciation event organized by one of the leading electronics and home appliances company behind Century Products.
The Aba branch shares the same office building complex with the establishment where I work, and as a friend of the company and a loyal customer too, I was given an invite.
As this was first-time of holding the event in the city, it marked a significant milestone for the electronics and home appliances company. This strategic move allowed dealers from Aba and surrounding areas to experience the company's appreciation firsthand. The event's focus on recognizing loyal dealers demonstrated the company's commitment to its partners.
Event Highlights
The highlight of the event was the formal introduction. All the dealers present introduced themselves and their business names, amidst applause from the guests.
Following that was the delivery of the appreciation and recognition letter from the company which was handled by the branch manager. After that, some of the dealers expressed their gratitude happiness and equally commended the company for taking the step to organize such event in regions and no longer at the head office.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for networking amongst the guests, and the organizers went above and beyond to create an engaging experience and interactive activities. The atmosphere was lively, with music and dancing adding to the excitement.
There was the delicious cuisine - jollof rice, soup and assorted meat. The food was a highlight of the evening, with many attendees, including myself, raving about it's tasty goodness. 😋
An event of such manner wouldn't be complete without an assortment of drinks - ( both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) - wines, spirits, beer, energy drink, stout, malt drinks and soda, which catered to diverse tastes.
There was one drink which got a notable
mention from most of the guests and that's RCKT.
I guess it's a an abbreviation for "Rocket" as the logo on the can indicates.
Seeing how the drink was being hyped, I decided to give it a shot. At least it wouldn't be a bad idea to get rocketed to the moon, hehehe.

A sip of this vodka flavored mix will leave you fueling your fun and ready to take on the night! 😂. No wonder the drink's signature says To the moon.
This drink's rich flavor left me wanting more; but I had to drink responsibly, hahaha! I highly recommend it to those who indulge in the finer things.
Enjoy this YouTube video I shared

The Wrap
I really had an amazing experience at the event. The good company, sharing laughs and conversations with other guests created memorable moments.
Although attendance was lower than expected due to the weekend and business commitments, the event still succeeded in fostering connections and appreciation among dealers and the workers.
