La Fría. We had never tried it before.This Friday, my father decided to buy some beers. It might seem common in other contexts, but for us, drinking a beer is almost an unusual act. The price of this beverage in our country is extremely high considering the ridiculous salaries we earn. This being the case, we can't afford this luxury as often as we'd like. But this Friday was different. My father received some unexpected money and decided to celebrate with #beer, as the occasion deserved. The beer available was

It's a magnificent beer, I must say. Very pleasant on the palate. When I poured it into my glass (I've already explained the reasons why I like drinking beer this way in other posts), I noticed that its foam lingers for a long time. Considering aesthetic aspects that are truly eye-catching, La Fría's bright golden coloration, perfectly combined with the bubbling white foam, is a true feast for the eyes.

Then there's its fruity, almost floral aroma that makes you want to drink it. And at the first sip, this sensation is confirmed, provoking the "need" to keep trying more. Like any good Pilsner, it has a characteristic bitterness at the finish that accentuates the perceptible sweetness of apple and yeast. La Fría, with its 4.5 vol, is another good option within the variety of Spanish beers, highly recommended for any occasion.

When my father opened his can, he took a long sip, savored it, and said, "It's very good. Let's toast," then lit a cigar. And it's true. La Fría is a very good beer, at least that's what it seemed to me.

With this beer, I'll say goodbye until another post and invite you to try it if you haven't already. I don't know if it's because of the "special" occasion, but it's truly a delicious experience to drink a Fría. I don't know if @roswelborges will be able to share his impressions of this brand with us. I know he's tried it himself, so I invite him to tell us about it.

Hola, familia cervecera!!!

Llegó el nuevo #BeerSaturday Challenge, bajo la iniciativa del amigo @detlev.

Para esta ocasión me gustaría hablarles de La Fría, una cerveza tipo Pilsner que no había probado antes.

Este viernes, mi padre decidió comprar unas cervezas. Podría parecer algo común en otro contexto, pero para nosotros, beber una cerveza es casi un acto insólito. El precio de esta bebida en nuestro país es sumamente alto teniendo en cuenta los salarios irrisorios que percibimos. Siendo así, no es posible darnos este lujo tan frecuentemente como quisiéramos. Pero este viernes fue diferente. Mi padre recibió un dinero inesperado y decidió celebrar con cerveza, como merecía la ocasión.La cerveza disponible era La Fría. Nunca la habíamos probado.

Es una cerveza magnífica, debo decir. Muy agradable al paladar. Al sevirla en mi copa ( en otros post ya he explicado las razones de por qué me gusta beber cerveza así) pude notar que su espuma persiste mucho tiempo. Teniendo en cuenta aspectos estéticos que bien seducen la mirada, La Fría a través del vidrio deja ver su coloración dorada brillante en perfecta conjunción con el blanco espuma y burbujas: todo un convite a los ojos.

Luego está su aroma afrutado y casi floral que pone a punto el deseo de beberla. Y al primer sorbo esta sensación se confirma, provocando la "necesidad" de seguir probando más.Como toda buena Pilsner, tiene un tono amargo al final que le caracteriza y acentúa el dulzor perceptible de manzana y levaduras.La Fría, con sus 4.5 vol, es otra buena opción dentro de la variedad de cervezas españolas, muy recomendada para cualquier ocasión.

Cuando mi padre abrió su lata , tomó un sorbo largo, saboreó y dijo: -Está muy buena. Vamos a brindar - entonces encendió un tabaco.Y es cierto.La Fría es una cerveza muy buena, al menos así me lo pareció.

Brindando con esta cerveza me despido hasta otro post y les invito a probarla si no lo han hecho. No sé si por lo "especial" de la ocasión pero es realmente una experiencia deliciosa beber una Fría. No sé si @roswelborges podrá compartirnos sus impresiones sobre esta marca, sé que la hs probado por su parte, así que le invito a comentarnos al respecto.
