Saludos comunidad cervecera, En el mundo de la autogestión económica hay temporadas buenas y temporadas algo heladas monetariamente. Así que en esos momentos es en los qué hay que aplicar planes de acción para poder prosperar y tener ingresos para hacer más cerveza del amor y de la justicia

La técnica que nos ha funcionado como equipo es ir a lugares o bares a hacer desgustacuones de nuestros estilos tanto para enamorar a los futuros consumidores como a los dueños de los locales para que vendan nuestra cerveza.

Greetings brewing community, In the world of economic self-management there are good seasons and somewhat cold seasons monetarily. So in those moments is when we have to apply action plans in order to prosper and have income to make more beer of love and justice.

The technique that has worked for us as a team is to go to places or bars to do tastings of our styles both to entice the future consumers and the owners of the locals to sell our beer.

Comenzamos bien temprano con nuestro equipaje publicitario y formativo. Gracias al ensayo y al error hemos podido simplificar y optimizar el traslado con una barra plegable, y un contenedor donde colocamos utensilios para explicar sobre nuestras cervezas.

We got an early start on our advertising and training. Thanks to trial and error we have been able to simplify and optimize the transfer with a folding bar, and a container where we place utensils to explain about our beers.

Al llegar al sitio lo primero que hacemos es asegurarnos de tener bien fría la cerveza (nunca hay que dejar esperando a un cliente por una buena cerveza). Seguidamente comenzamos el trabajo en equipo: servimos degustaciones en pequeños vasos desechables y los ofrecemos a los clientes acompañados de información básica sobre cada uno de los estilos.

When we arrive at the site the first thing we do is to make sure that the beer is well chilled (you should never leave a customer waiting for a good beer). Then we start working as a team: we serve tastings in small disposable cups and offer them to the customers along with basic information about each of the styles.

En mi país es poco común conseguir locales con varios estilos de cervezas así que a la gente le parece curioso conocer un poco más sobre otros estilo y más viendo su diferencia en colores y en espuma.

Ya teniendo su atención es momento de que la cerveza de el toque final! A veces hay gente que ama cada estilo, hay otros que descubren que no son fanaticos del amargor, otros asocian el sabor de la cerveza a un café o a algún cítrico que les agrada… Y ahí es cuando la cerveza se convierte en todo un evento social.

En otros casos, la gente se acerca hacia la barra para conocer un poco más sobre la elaboración de la cerveza y sus ingredientes y es ahí cuando me pongo a evangelizar en nombre de la cebada el lúpulo y las levaduras!

In my country it is uncommon to find places with several styles of beers, so people find it curious to know a little more about other styles and more seeing their difference in colors and foam.

Having their attention it's time for the beer to give the final touch! Sometimes there are people who love each style, there are others who discover that they are not fans of bitterness, others associate the taste of the beer to a coffee or citrus that they like... And that's when the beer becomes a social event.

In other cases, people come up to the bar to learn a little more about the brewing process and its ingredients and that's when I start evangelizing on behalf of barley, hops and yeast!

Es hermoso tener ese feedback con las personas , realmente es un momento que disfruto mucho: El explicar cada proceso y estilo y recibir la opinión de cada persona, eso siempre trae buenos resultados.

Este tipo de eventos aunque sea agotador, casi siempre ayuda a impulsar las ventas y permite a los consumidores tener más información sobre las cervezas y así se crea un buen lazo entre el cervecero y sus consumidores!

It's beautiful to have that feedback with people, it's really a moment that I enjoy a lot: explaining each process and style and receiving the opinion of each person, that always brings good results.

This type of event, although exhausting, almost always helps to boost sales and allows consumers to have more information about the beers and thus creates a good bond between the brewer and his consumers!

I love that type of events. I just don't find them too often where I live. It's also a good marketing because not only boosting sales, you never know if you will get a frequent buyer. Is it possible in your country to accept some sort of cryptocurrency as payment?

Hi! I love these events because I get to know the opinion of strangers about beer and I also like to talk about the processes and recommend entering the world of craft beer.

A couple of breweries accept many forms of payment, including crypto. In fact, a year ago we were promoting a project called Crypto Beer with the folks at Near Protocol. Even so, they stopped funding the project due to governance issues and for promoting alcoholic beverages.

Hoy en día hay que ingeniárselas para promocionar tu negocio y esta es una gran forma de hacerlo en tu caso. A ver cuando por fin puedo probar tu cerveza.

Hola @coquicoin ! Pues mi sueño es tener un bar y ahí vender varias marcas de cerveza artesanal ! Pero mientras eso sucede, es bueno realizar este tipo de catas para conocer a más gente y que ellos conozcan la cerveza.
