New brew got bottled yesterday with the remainder in the keg. The 5 gallon batch had about half go into my 16oz growlers that will condition for 2 weeks while I get to start drinking from the keg in a day or two.
First pour looks solid with a nice color but I'm still working on clearing it up and have it a bit less hazy. ABV is around 4% so my next batch I plan to work on water profile and efficiency to get a better looking and quality beer.
Taste is a smooth wheat beer with raspberry flavor added. I would love to get something like a flavored Blue Moon on my next go around but there are a few things to work on until I get to that level.
I have a plan for my next beer to brew soon that I will share the process as I get going but let me know what style you would like to see. So far I've done about 5 batches of hoppy IPAs and flavored wheat beers so I'm ready to get weird.
Cheers
