Since this Shakey's restaurant opened in Kidapawan, we immediately went there to try it out. We couldn't wait to experience the new restaurant and have our favorite dishes as usual. It was a great opportunity to bond with the family as we enjoyed the delectable food and warm ambiance.
Since my husband was not working today and I did not have classes as an ESL teacher, we opted to use the time to have some quality family time. My child, husband, and I went to Shake's Kidapawan restaurant to relax and have a good meal together. It was a much-needed break from our daily routine, with good food, laughter, and precious bonding time. We truly cherished this simple yet meaningful time as a family, making memories that we’ll treasure for a long time.
And behold, we're already inside! Their menu is already in our sight. When we saw the prices, we were really surprised—they're so pricey! Hahaha! Of course, we're just doing it for the first time because we really wanted to know. And yet, we were willing to do it and discover what all the fuss is about.
Since we were waiting for food, my son and husband began getting impatient due to the long waiting time. It was also unbearably cold inside there—I guess they were running the air conditioner at full capacity! I was even cold. In spite of all that, we did our best to keep ourselves occupied while waiting for the food ordered.
And finally, after waiting for so long, our food has arrived! We were too eager to indulge and satisfy our hunger bites. The mouthwatering aroma had kept us waiting for the treat, and we could not help but eagerly wait to have our meal as family.
And then, after all the waiting, our order had finally arrived! Our order consisted of two chicken sets and a pizza. The heavenly smell only increased our eagerness to start devouring it. The chicken was browned on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the pizza boasted a lavish layering of ingredients and melting cheese—completely worth the wait! Enjoying this meal together as a family made the experience even more beautiful and special.
As you can easily observe, my son is thrilled and delighted to savor the pizza! His eyes were filled with tears of joy upon catching sight of the food being carried in. Seeing him this elated made the experience more moving.

I suddenly miss eating at Shakey's. Sometimes I find their chicken a bit salty but I still like them; and my forever fave is their mojos. The food looks mouthwatering and filling. It was a nice family bonding accompanied by delicious food to savor.
