Also good job on contacting a broker. Yan tlga ang best thing to do pag bumili ng property. Lalo n if wla masyado time and ayaw nyo ma-hassle.

    This lot is located in Northern Cebu. I bought this in a much lower price compared to the neighboring areas due to its location. 300 per sqm. On the other hand, the roadway costs a lot.

    True! Having a broker to process all the documents is easier. You just have to ready your finances.
