We traveled 100 kilometers away from our boarding house just to swim on a swimming pool and to take a nice quite walk at the beach. This is the moment I realized that I am a 100% introvert. Picking the farthest resort from Masbate City, we arrived at D'Siblings Beach Resort located at Sitio Bilig, Barangay Daraga, Placer, Masbate. There are parts where our ride is so bumpy and slippery because of uneven and sandy off road. Fortunately the weather is good and it did not rain.
This the receiving area of the resort where you will pay your entrance fee. ₱100 Pesos per person for the pool entrance and ₱20 Pesos per person for the beach entrance. They offer some snacks also that you can buy. You can rent swimming gears here like life jacket. In our case we rented appropriate swimming pool attire since my girlfriend forgot our clothes we prepared for swimming. ₱20 Pesos for shorts and ₱20 pesos for shirts. I know I will drive home without my underwear because I will wear it also for swimming.
5-7 feet swimming pool deep and there is a separate pool for children also. It was sunny day but the water is so cold and I am so tempted to jump in the pool right away. But we take some photos first for the blog. If I can remember we arrived there about pass 9am in the morning but still there is no guest. What a perfect day, far from home where no one knows you and literally where the only person there. I can shout and laugh, sing and dance, eat and swim, enjoy this day like its my birthday!
If your with your family and friends you can rent small cottage beside the pool. The resort sell some snacks like junk foods and biscuits but not a proper meal, our bad we did not bring lunch expecting they offer a meal there. Luckily later that day there are guests who celebrated a birthday. They ate their lunch together on this cottages, we ask for food to them and they share some to us. We forgot to ask the price of the rent per cottage.
It was been 3 months since I swim on a swimming pool. I can say its worth it to have a sun burn for this. The beach part of this place I will post on the next blog but that is it for now guys. See you next blog and happy new year to all of you! Godbless you all :)
