Having no parents at your side is one of the most saddest part of life. I was raised by my grand parents, after they died I was been passed by and on to my aunt and uncle, my sisters had already their families, and I as a youngest among my siblings was adopted by one of our aunt. To support my studies, I was helping my aunt to her sari-sari store, in which I was the one who took care of it when I don't have to go to school, but now is our summer vacation, I went back home to my hometown in where my sisters live.
In order for me to have money to buy the things I need for school, one of my sister who has a business told me to help her and would give me allowance. I am glad to grab the opportunity, because I was thinking that it would be a big help for my needs. She has a thrift business. She do an online selling through the social media platform "facebook", I was thinking it is really nice to have a business, since it would give a lot of benefits and you can buy all the things that you wanted. As we go through to our doings, we cannot deny the fact that it is tiring, draining, and of course can also feel the stress, but in order for us to have money to buy what we need, we never give up, we just let those tiring days to pass and just sleep after our live selling session to have more energy for the next day.

Those are the things that we sell, we sell bags, table cloth, rugs, cover for sofa, bed sheets, t-shirts, baby stuffs, and more. I just think that even thought it is kinda tiring but at least we are still pushing through to move forward for the better. It is not even about the money at all, but it is all about knowing on how to survive in life. Life is really tough, but it is up to us on how we are going to deal with it, do not let it toughest instead fight for the battle that life had given us.

Having no parents in life is really challenging, in which we tend to do the things that we need to survive for our lives. I really admired my sister for what she is doing, for how she sacrifice her health for all of this, my sister really love her business, and of course her customers who keeps on buying on her business, I know she is tired and drained about everything but she never showed it to everyone, life is tough and so she is. I have seen how she strive for everything that she had right now. The sleepless nights she had because she is packing the orders of her customers, we all know how hard to earn a money, that is why I became more wise and mindful when it comes to this situation. I cannot deny the fact that it is very a tiring job, I experienced it myself personally. I experienced having a hoarse voice because of a 3 consecutive days that we are having a live selling session, I feel my sister for this and I just come to realized that "I personally, who have tried this job got tired even for a short time, how about my sister who does this always?", it came in a situation wherein I felt my feet shaking, imagine the 4 hours long of standing while flexing all the stuffs that we are selling, I know how tired my sister is, but as I can see in her eyes that even though she is tired about it, still she managed to be strong and not to quit the thing that she love to do, for the reason that she was thinking about the future, looking forward to buy the things she wanted, and moving forward to get what she promised to herself when she was a little kid.
I am really proud for my sister for reaching this kind of achievement in her life. Even we do not have our parents at our side anymore, still we managed to be the person that could make our life more better compared to what we have experienced. It is really good that when we reached our adulthood we could come up for the things in which it could help us to grow and develop as the person we tend to be.
We thrive some more if we do lack something or someone to responsibly aid us. Cheers to your sister and she's someone who'll motivate you to grow well. You folks are amazing! 🔥
Exactly! that's I'm also looking forward for everything that will come to my way, and I was also thinking about the things that would help me as an individual. Proud of my sister for what she is. 💗
Your sister is doing a good job! You are too!
At least she's not resorting to illegal activities. That's hard earned money right there.
Indeed, her business is way challenging.
Handling a business is tiring and draining, kaya laban lang kahit pagod na 😄, you and your sister is such a amazing and strong person! Fighting 🫶
