PROVINCE LIFE (TURKEY CALDERITA)

in Hive PH2 years ago

Good evening everyone. It is now the start of February and I feel like it it now the perfect time to post back on Hive. Stopped posting for months since I got little busy but now I will try my post to post something at least trice per week.

Today, what Im gonna share to you is some activities that we had together with my friends last weekend. I decided to come home in our province since it is my rest day from work and I made sure that it will be worth it.

We decided to cook some turkey since my friend has farm of turkeys and he decided to bring one for us to cook.

In this photo Im gonna show you the sceneries that I have encountered since our new spot for cooking is some kind of a river and is far from the highway.

You're gonna need to walk 1 kilometer to reach to our new discovered place. We called this one as Popo's river since he is the one who discovered this place.

As you can see we set up some kind of a table in the middle of the flowing water. You can put your feet in the water while eating.

As you can see we are preparing to remove the feathers of the turkey for as to cook it. I haven't got the chance to take a picture of the whole process of cooking it since I don't have a plan on posting this adventure here initially.

We cooked the turkey calderita style and it was amazing. The flavor is so perfect and the meat was so tender as well.

That is it guys. We just cook, eat and chill afterwards and hopefully we can still do this on my next visit in my province.
