GO BEYOND YOUR LIMIT, IF NOT NOW THEN WHEN? LIVE A LIFE THAT IS HEALTHY FOR IT IS YOUR PERSONAL GAIN.
Holla amigas and amigos, Good day to all, it's been days that I haven't posted but here I am now, just a little bit busy, And I'm having a cold. But this day I would like to share my journey in a healthy life.
As I grow older, I realize the importance of having a healthy life style by eating healthy foods and doing some exercise. As I scroll through my Facebook, I see a lot of people having their life style on going.
And I think to my self that what if I will have my own healthy habbits also. I started carrying dumbbell that we make out of cement. I started to gain muscle and increase my strength and I feel a little lighter than before.
No need to spend a lot of money to be fit, in the comfort of your home you can make your own dumbbell. If you want it there is a way in it.
Having a fitness life also increases confidence, and I know many will agree with that.
Walking is consider as an exercise also and kicking a ball will also be considered as exercise as well. That is why last Sunday afternoon we went to the nearest track and field stadium to take a few walk and a few kicks, sweat flowing down to our faces was greatly satisfying.
Even the dog want to have a Good life style. For us not to get bored we bring our furry baby in the field and she is starting to chase away stray dogs and she is having a good time.
That was really nice, for my body feels a lot more energetic than before, how much if I will do it everyday, but unfortunately I have my class to a lot of time facing my assignments and a little amount of time doing exercises.
but on the other hand I will still find a way to have my exercise. I will do 12 rips in 12 sets but each one has a 1 minute rest for my muscles to to be strained. I think most of the students here I naga will go to the nearest gym and carry heavy stuff just like me.
Those on the older years will have a good time in our field having their jogging ok the side of the track, because the track is only meant for the athletes and not for a regular person, because they find the track vulnerable if there is a lot of people running on it.
If you like to play volleyball, on the back portion of the field there is a covered court, you can play basketball, badminton, and volleyball there, because it can be considered as a form of exercise also. But that is meant for those people who like sports a lot.
After noon is the best time to exercise for the sun is heading down-ward, if don't want your skin to be damaged then in a time like this is the best.
Tye stress will fly away when you this kind of life style, spending a lot of money is not necessary, because you can have your healthy and fit body with out paying just what we just did.
The best part of having a work is knowing that when you come home there is healthy foods that is served in the dinner table.
Fellow fitness bodies, I encourage you to continue what you have started, other people can't benifit in what are you doing, but you are. We know that it is not easy but we can't deny that it is necessary.
