Having some time to relax or escape from the thought of academics is a must for every college student. Stressful and exhausting? Precisely. Therefore, I believe that having some time away from academics can relieve the stress that existed during classes. Here in Bacolod City, we surely have more places here for each and everyone to relax and to enjoy. May it be because of the astonishing view of the night skies, the designs and cleanliness of the establishment or the calmness of the surroundings. For this blog, allow me to feature our one and only Bacolod City Government Center.
As it stands as the main government center of the city, it was always been a center of attraction or somehow a place of relaxation for everyone. You can expect to see happy couples, students, and happy families spending a good time with their own company. You can also see here stalls that sells foods, toys and anything else that can be a form of entertainment especially for little kids.
Most people come here to take rest on the public benches that are installed around the fountain to enjoy the fresh air and the calmness of the place or even join Zumba sessions. If you're a new visitor, you can also avail a massage service that is available on the side of the said structure. Here are some images I captured using my own phone:
There's still a lot to discover around here which makes it a place of relaxation and enjoyment. Images above shows us the view we can expect if we are to go here. Behind it is definitely another area for everyone's access. This is where you'll see more about the place if you're a new visitor here in Bacolod City. If you're a Street Food lover then I guess it's the right place you can check! You can see a lot of vendors here selling foods or drinks of any kind. May it be street foods, coffees, milk teas, and more! The place also has an area for basketball players, bikers, a mini playground for children and an area for dancers to their practices. Me myself as a dancer who's preparing for a competition next month also do our practice here along with my crew.

I've been living in bacolod for 18 years already, but alll these yeras, I haven't even set foot on NGC! I think it would really be fun to just walk around there
