Thank you for sharing this. I found this very informative and I'm glad you have re-formatted your post. I found myself nodding as I read through every line. Being a newbie, I still have a lot to learn. I have been tagged on that challenge, but I didn't participate. I am observing everyone for now and watching how things go.
