I like to start from the beginning with everything on the table, but, how can you be sure that you wouldn't have turned your back on him, knowing all there was. It was a hard call, but, I think he wanted to win you over and have you love him for him, and the rest would hopefully work out.
I am not sure I would have considered a man with two kids already as everyone wants to start out with a clean slate, but, God works in mysterious ways. They certainly add extra love to your family!

Hello there Ma'am @dswigle. I would never know how compassionate, responsible and affectionate husband he is if I turned back on him. The best decision i ever made is giving him a chance to let him love me and vice versa.
Having kids with him is not a big deal for me, for as long we love each other, understand in every situation and discuss everything dine, it's enough. We know our priorities and that's our kids and his. We have to nurture our kids with His guidance.
