Hello to all and everyone, what a beautiful day today here in Philippines, no rain occur nor cloudy weather. Today food trip was called arroz caldo or goto food trip in Philippines. Name of the restaurant is GOTOBOX found in Metro Manila, Philippines. The main product of the restaurant is all about different kinds or flavors of arroz caldo or Goto. Goto is made of rice cooked with ginger, usually a special Goto contains of ox tripe and pig intestine. and best to consume or eat during cool weather or rainy days. This food is famous in Philippines because it is affordable in price.

bunch of selection I can tell whoever the owner or founder of this is really creative, you can choose base on your preferences and taste. Their advertisement material is presentable and neat and all the details to reach them is mentioned, especially through social medias. You can even ask them to deliver it to your doorsteps just simply order through their apps online, examples are Grab and food panda delivery. This two delivery company became popular during the Pandemic time. This company usually are riders who deliver your purchase product from the sellers to the recipient wherever your house is, but of course with proper calculated delivery fee based how far he travels to deliver it to you.

and I saw this advertisement which got my attention name of the dish is "BABALU". I asked to the staff why they call it Babalu, though I wasn’t convince in what she answered which is "They call it because of the bone marrow".

There are three sizes of the dish, at first I couldn't decide which size suit me, I don't have any idea until I saw this in display.

The one I ordered is under the category "Special" it is in premium size

What I got amazed also was, the premises is really clean and presentable. and also their cashiering area is so unique.

A Philippine Jeepney style concept, it is very funny even the plate number is installed also. It is really look like a traditional Jeepney of Philippines.

while my wife is eating and enjoying the food I decided to check around the premises. They even have a 2nd floor, a room that can accommodate 20 pax. You can even rent this room for small party or gatherings if needed.

The ambiance is really relax and the interior design was really attractive and presentable.
