Good day, Hivers! How's life? I am a newbie in this community, and I hope you will support me and make time to read my adventure and happenings in life.

Hi there! I'm Angelen Villarta Aballe, 20 years of age from the Heritage City of the South, Carcar City. A city, that is rich in history, cultural heritage, and natural beauty. I am a second-year student at Cebu Technological University-Naga Extension Campus, taking a Bachelor of Elementary Education—Major in Content Education.

^Solace

My life is not boring at all because I had my hobbies that help me to escaped from reality.I love to explore my interests and passion through a variety of hobbies of mine.This are my wattpad books.I love to lose my self in the world of books specifically fictional stories .Since I was the age of 14 I started to read books and time comes I literally obsessed with it and started to had a collections.Reading books is my escaped and relaxation from anxiety ,stress ,or any negativity that life had to offer.Books are my bestfriends where I can find comfort and calmness.

^{Music is Therapy}

I am also interested in listening to music; it became my therapy. Every time I felt lost, I just listened to my favorite songs, and it really uplifted and improved my mood and helped me to cope with challenging situations in life.

I also described myself as a K-drama fanatic. I've been watching Korean dramas for years now, and I have to say that it's been an amazing journey. I've laughed, cried, and cheered with the characters, and I must say that it's been a wild ride. Watching K-dramas has not only entertained me but also expanded my knowledge of Korean culture and history. Watching K-dramas influenced me to try their foods, learn about traditional customs, and even pick up a few Korean expressions. I also adapted the way they dressed up for themselves.

^{Family is Love}
This is my not-so-big family. I am the eldest child of my mom and dad. I've always had my parents by my side; they help me navigate the highs and lows of my life. They are very supportive when it comes to my studies; every time I ask them for money for my studies, they always provide and give me what I need without any hesitation. My parents and my siblings are my natural best friends, support system, and individuals who truly love me. I'm so thankful to God for having such a wonderful and amazing family of mine who taught me a lot about life. My family is my foundation in life, who are a never-ending supply of love, support, and inspiration.

My parents are the reason I thrive in life. Looking back on my academic journey when I was in my high school and senior high school journey, I am filled with a sense of accomplishment, thankfulness, and pride from my time in high school. One of the most memorable parts of my schooling has been being an honor student, and I'm excited to tell you about it. Learning always captivated me as a child. I would read books for hours on end, research new topics, and pose questions. I was focused on my studies, eager to please, and driven to achieve. I have been motivated by an unquenchable desire to succeed throughout my academic career. I have constantly challenged myself to join in extracurricular activities, get good grades, and assume leadership positions.

^Achievements
I am honored to be on the honor roll because of my hard work and dedication. Being an honor student involves more than just succeeding academically; it also entails building a strong work ethic, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. Being an honor student has also led to new challenges, opportunities, and experiences. It's about being disciplined, resilient, and dedicated to excellence. I've had the honor of taking part in community service initiatives, visiting conferences, and competing academically.

My Support System

Because of the support of my parents during my journey in Highschool I've graduated Senior highschool with award in year 2022-2023.Finally,I've overcome those 6 years in my Highschool times.My horizons have expanded, my abilities have improved, and my comprehension of the world has grown as a result of these experiences. It has shown me that with determination, discipline, and dedication, I can achieve my goals and realize my dreams.

It's not about the religion it's about our relationship to God
I was raised in a Catholic home and was exposed to Catholic teachings and customs at an early age. As devout Catholics, my parents taught me the value of sacraments, prayer, and faith.

My Cousin
Not until my cousin introduced me to their church, which is the born-again Christian church. She motivated me to be part of their family and get to know more about Jesus. They invited me once to their church, and there I discovered Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior through a series of divine meetings and a determination to pursue truth. As I studied the Bible more and started going to Born-Again Christian events, I felt a sense of purpose, pleasure, and freedom that I had never known before. I was excited to share my newfound beliefs with my loved ones since I knew I had discovered my genuine spiritual home. My parents, however, opposed and were disappointed by my decision to convert from Catholicism to Born-Again Christianity.

History Makers
This is my cell group in our church .They are so genuine and God-centered people.They are very open when it comes I need them ,there arms are always open to me .They are the reason why I know God more.
As time went on, I realized that, in spite of my misgivings, I had finally made the decision to follow my parents' wishes and stay a Catholic. This choice was not made hastily and was impacted by a number of factors, such as my concern for disappointing people around me, my love and respect for my parents, and my wish to uphold family customs. But one thing that I learned from my experience is that the only way to save us is not about religion; it's all about our relationship and faith in God.

What can I contribute to Hive Community?
As I embark on this adventure as a member of the Hive and blog community, I am delighted to explore the numerous ways I may contribute to this lively and dynamic ecosystem. With a passion for sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights, I am eager to engage with like-minded individuals who are similarly motivated about learning, growing, and connecting with others.

I just want to express my dearest thank you to those people who aspire to be part of this community.To @helianthus-chloe, I just want to sincerely thank you for believing in me and pushing me to share my thoughts and ideas. Thank you because your messenger is always open for me every time I have a question. Thank you again for being a source of encouragement and motivation.

To sir @intoy.bugoy, as a new member of the Hive and blog community, I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank you, sir, for taking the time to conduct the orientation session yesterday February 22, 2025 the orientation has helped me get started. Your knowledge, tolerance, and excitement made the orientation process fun and interesting, and I appreciate the work you did to make sure I had a smooth and seamless transition into this new community.
