Hello! Food Lovers!
I know most Filipinos love to have Bihon or Pansit in every Birthday! It's a symbol of a long life! Am I right, Filipinos? Hehehe
And here in Hong Kong! Everyday is Birthday! Hehehe
Anyway... I love to make any kind of food that suits my taste, like for example if I eat in a restaurant and I feel I like that food so much! Then I will try my best to make it in my own version and get a taste of that what I was eating in that restaurant! Not that totally perfect but at least it has a similar taste. Hehe...
The reason why I share this!
The reason why I share this, even I know all Filipinos know already how to make Pansit Bihon? Because making food is not just make it and it's done. There is a technique. And in my own technique, I mix it with love... Yeah! You heard it right! I mix the emotion of love while I am making food, and trust me the food turns out so good!!
And here is another secret!
We know that there are only 5 types of vegetables as ingredients in this recipe. But I use 6 types!
So here is what I add:
- Minced Garlic
- Chopped Onions
- Carrots Sliced in Stripes
- Baguio Beans
- Cabbage
And the number 6 is Sayote! Yes!!! Sayote... It makes taste so good... Have you tried making sayote with just mince pork... Did you feel the good taste with that simple recipe? Sayote has a sweetness on it and is also so good for Tinolang Manok... Right!! Now you know my secret so try it yourself... I love sharing Ideas. And if you want a recipe of this, maybe I can write next time about it...
Shared with love! 😍
Here some pictures of the last Pansit Bihon I recently made:

Wow! The result looks very good and yummy! Very colourful and nourishing dish.
Thank you so much @kaminchan!
Sarap may lemon pa.
Hi! @dantrin Mahal po kasi ang kalamansi dito sa Hongkong! Mas mura ang lemon po...
pancit bihon with canton, it's delicious when mixed together, especially with the ingredients of sayote and carrots, pancit is nutritious, it's the best at parties, it's not lost when you cook, you get the real taste, it's even better than in a restaurant hehe, your cooked pancit is so appetizing, it's my favorite.
That's right mam, enjoy cooking your favorite dish and always be careful bye.
