An unexpected trip with your one-call-away friend is the best especially when you don't have a lot of friends. For me having one-call-away friends are really a big deal because, in my opinion, they are the one who will have your back when you are in your darkest time and through ups and down. Having these kinds of friends is really rare find I am actually happy to find them, and they also found me. They are the ones that will truly accept who you are even your flaws. I don't really have many friends which is why I really appreciated and am blessed to have them by my side even though it was just months or a year since we met they really understand me. It was a month since our last hang out and we don't have much time to catch up with each other because of our busy schedules or our schedules don't meet hahaha adult problems.
It really is a surprise to me when they accepted my invitation to have lunch in a Korean restaurant, this restaurant is also the place we ate at our defense celebration. It was 2 pm in the afternoon and I was just woken up at that time when the weather was really this cold my body cannot tell if its already afternoon or evening. One of my friends messaged me to hangout in McDo I asked her why and she said that she just wants us to have a bonding because it was already a month since we hangout and even said that if I refused her invitation, she would fetch me here at my house hahaha although I don't have the energy to hangout to that place.
I invited her to have lunch at the Korean store and she agreed because she does not have lunch to eat at her house neither am I we also chatted with one of our friends and she also agreed to come. Although it was a rainy day, and we are bed weather people we really tried our best to catch up and talk a lot, especially about work stuff. Because work is the main reason we met.
We all knew the place that we are going to eat and agreed to meet up there so that we don't have to encounter enough hassle while going. I quickly gathered my needs and put them in my bag and especially my umbrella because as I said it was raining outside. My boyfriend drove me to the meetup place because he had some errand that will pass the place we are going to eat, and it was a better solution to commute using the public vehicles because of the heavy traffic while on the road the rain stops pouring still even a glimpse of sunshine did not appear it was just a short time then the rain really pours and it was a heavy one. I decided to stay in the building of our meetup my friend messaged me that she had to stop because of the rain, and I told her to be careful because it was raining, and the roads are slippery and also said that I was already there and waiting for them.
The atmosphere of the restaurant really is comfortable for the customers, especially the music it plays new ones and I think the one who is playing is a swiftie because he/she really plays a lot of Taylor Swift songs. For me, I compliment this store because of its hospitality when it comes to their customers because when we entered, they already approached and handed the menu. We chose the unlimited pork we did not order drinks because we might get full quickly.
The waiter gave us food and even assists us with our every request for them and I commended that because we know how much it is hard for a service crew to take a lot of requests from their customers it will really test your patience haha! We enjoy our food and talk a lot I really missed hanging out with them because I really forgot my problems for a while because they knew how much I was stress for the last month and weeks that is one of the reasons they invited me. Our feast lasted an hour and half minutes haha we are so full to eat after that we decided to go to Mcdonald's and chill for a while at their alfresco and greeted our co-workers there.
It was the time that we are going home. We decided to make a TikTok video to keep our memory even though they knew that I don't really like doing TikTok videos that much and I thought that it is just for this day because I really enjoy and appreciated them for making my day and fulfilled it with happiness. I really said to them that message me when they got home because for me this is the assurance, they can give me that they are home safely I really treasure my friends and I don't want to outgrow them. it is one of my core memories these people are the best when it comes to having a precious memory to keep. I learned a lot from them and adapt every lesson they gave to me for us giving a real talk to each other does not bother us at all because we promised to just say what we want from each first and not tell or backstab each other because you have to have each other's back.

We're pretty much the same. I don't have much friends, but those few friends who stayed with me are true and I'm grateful for them. And it's true, schedules hinders when we're adults. In our case, it's not just months but a year so before we all could have a reunion.
