Teaching is learning all at the same time. I love that teaching my learners also teaches me all at the same time. It is my sixth month as a DEPED Teacher and I admit there are still a lot that I need to learn.

After conducting quarterly examinations, there is an item analysis that needs to be done.

Item analysis is where learners will raise their hands whenever they get correct or they got mistaken on that certain number.

I am happy that my class advisory, my Grade 12 Unity cooperates with what I instruct them to do. They understood all the instructions I provided.

We began with item number one, I ask them to raise their hands how many got the correct answers for number one, I count them all off, record it, then, proceed to asking how many got the incorrect answers, count them all off then record it.

It will go on until the last number in the test questionnaire. This gets done every after quarterly examination.

I instructed them to be honest on raising their hands because these will all reflect once we will be doing the liquidation.

It is quite tiring raising your hand multiple times but since it is part of the process, they did not complained.

There were just times we will just make it a joke and laugh all together since there are instances where a few learners gets a mistake alone, where they all laugh and wonder why he or she was not able to study about that.

To make the work finish faster and more convenient, my learners helped me out on counting the heads, they all helped me out while doing the counting. It indeed made the work faster indeed.

Here are some of the other snippets while we are doing our item analysis.

To more productive days at school indeed! Ciao!♡

I can clearly remember being afraid to raise my hands when the teacher asked us questions because I knew I had not studied and was also scared to be called. Hahaha. But of course, when I know the answer, I will quickly raise my hands, too.
