Hello, it's me again, Hyundais.❤️
Today, my friend came to my house and asked me to join him in climbing the mountain. I asked where we were going, and he said we would camp in Little Batanes, located in Caduawan, Tabogon, Cebu. I respected his plan because I didn't have anything to do at home. My friend told me to bring my hammock, so I brought it along with three noodles for our food. My friend brought the rice, water, and other things we needed to cook. By the way, it was just the two of us. After that, we arrived at 9 AM and walked together.
And now we're here at Caduawan Elementary School And we're walking again, but so far. And now we're here at the Caduawan Cemetery. After a few minutes of walking, the road becomes very difficult because it is under construction. So we have no choice but to walk slowly for our safety.
And now we're here in Little Batanes, but my friend told me that we're going to climb that mountain, and now we're climbing slowly. By the way, this is not my first time to climb in batanes I climb here when I'm stressed and sometimes we climb here with my beloved family.
After we climbed, we were here at the top of the mountain and I feel the fresh air and enjoy the views. We sat on the grass and savored the moment my friend told me that our hammock was placed between the coconut trees and we tied a rope to the trees. After that, I lay down on my hammock and relax. For me, this is my way of coping with my problems and I love this place because it is so very silent and peaceful.
While we were lying down in our hammock, my friend and I saw two guys visiting here in Little Batanes. We didn't know them. Then the two guys brought their hammocks and I asked my friend to find out their names. My friend asked where they came from, and one of the guys said they were from Carmen and visiting Little Batanes. I invited them to join us. I asked Mark, the boy's name, and his friend's name was John. They hung their hammocks on the coconut trees. I am very happy because we became close and talked about this beautiful place.
And I decided to find dry trees and burn them to boil water. I drank coffee to relax and talked a lot with our friend. I also took beautiful pictures of nature. After a few hours, it was already 3:30. My friend and I went to the store and bought one gallon of water for our noodles and rice. And our new friends bought two cans of Tuna. After that, we eat our food together with our new friends.
After we eat, we relax and lie down. It is already 4:38 now, so we will wait for the sun to set and take pictures with our new friends. Meanwhile, my friend is playing music. It is nice; our music is connected to nature. After that, it is already 6:00 and the sky is dark. My friend decides to leave Little Batanes and go home, while I use my flashlight to go to the highway. Now we are here on the highway and it is already 6:50.
Now we say goodbye to each other and go home. This is a memorable day because we build our friendship on the mountain and We don't expect this kind of climbing full of happiness with our new friends.

Yes, it's true. I love this place. For me, it's my way to cope with my problems. It's my stress reliever. If I'm not okay, I climb this spot to relax myself.

This piece of land is own by my grandfather the late Silverio Ornopia. My mother and her siblings spent their childhood here at Little Batanes. We take so much pride and is very thankful for people who continually supports and visits our land. The land got it’s name when someone came here and brought his drone and then went viral in social media and then they named the place Little Batanes of Caduawan, Tabogon, Cebu.
