Hello, Hivers! Good day!
@itsmemic , back with another blog.
Trip to Tabogon Port
The highlight of this blog is our trip to the port in Tabogon. Before heading out on the adventure, I was still at school when my mom messaged me, saying they were going to the Tabogon port to celebrate my mom’s sibling’s birthday.
In our family, whenever someone celebrates a birthday, we either head to the Tabogon port or celebrate at the beach. This time, the birthday celebrant preferred the pier, so my mom and the others immediately went. They were supposed to just bring me some food since I wouldn’t get home until 6 PM, but it worked out because one of my friends was also heading to Tabogon. I hitched a ride on a motorcycle and messaged my mom that I was on my way to the port. Perfect timing!
Arriving at the Port
When we arrived, we saw my friend’s group because she was also invited by her friends. I also spotted my mom, relatives, and some friends of the birthday celebrant. When I got there, the food wasn’t ready yet since they had just ordered and had only arrived a short while ago. I immediately went to my mom to let her know I was there, and we had a little chat along with my sister.
A few minutes later, I joined my friend’s group since they were looking for me and wanted to catch up on life. It had been a while since we last talked.
The Beautiful View at the Port
From where we were hanging out, we had this incredible view. At that moment, I thought, “Out of all the ports I’ve been to, this one is the best.”
The water was so clean and neat, and there were even people swimming at the far end of the port. The area was well-maintained, with no trash, just boats docked neatly. The night scene was stunning, with rows of boats illuminated by colorful lights.
Dinner Time!
After chatting with my friend’s group, I went downstairs because my cousin told me the food was ready. When I got there, they handed me a plate of fried pork, rice, siomai, and an egg. The pork looked crispy and golden brown, and when I tasted it, it was so tender—exactly how I like it.
My sister ordered chicken, as it’s her comfort food. She always enjoys any dish as long as it’s chicken.
A Perfect Ending
After dinner, I took some time to look around and take pictures of the surroundings, especially the sea. I’m obsessed with how beautiful it is here.
Let me end this blog by sharing a photo of my friend’s group swimming.
That’s all for this blog, my dear Hivers!
