-the exact song that's playing in my head the whole time we visited Tops of Cebu. Aside from the overlooking view of the city, which is the main attraction, they now have quite a lot of new establishments such as the arcade, souvenir shop, flower shop, and a whole lot of new restaurants.
However, some people still prefers to just simply enjoy the overlooking view while sitting on benches. Tonight, the moon decided to show up in full bloom- so perfectly romantic.
One of the things people look forward to is this newly open-to-public roof deck. It's not free though, there's an additional 50 pesos entrance fee for the roof deck. But for the scenic view, I would pay the additional fee any time.
I sometimes imagine this place as a historical castle with some sort of magic. If God would grant me a wish, it would be "happily ever after". And I don't mean it just romantically.
I just hope I end up achieving the life I've been praying for.
This is the back view of the rooftop where you can see the entrance circle. This side of the roof deck has no crowd so we opted to stay here for a little while.
The main view. Its only here at Tops where you can see a unique architecture with a city lights background- a fusion of art and nature.
By the way, there's no corkage in here so people are free to bring their own food and drinks.

The roof deck’s a new sight for me! It wasn’t open yet when I visited last January. Would love to go back sometime. It’s such a chill spot to hang out and eat with family or friends.
The Carpenters! This song really brings nostalgia, and upon seeing the pics, it did match well the view and ambiance you'll get from there. I'm really a homebody, but seeing those enthralling pics, I'm tempted to go out and to try visit that place. The view was so nice plus there's no corkage, so maybe it's worth the try.
Beautiful night view shot of Tops Cebu. Many people also love going there because of its night view that is overlooking the city. It's also interesting to go there at daytime. It's good to know that they don't charge corkage fee. We might visit in few months' time.
