Hey beautiful people of hive! I hope you're all doing well. I woke up at 7AM today, a little earlier than my usual wakeup time on a holiday, because I have a scheduled hair appointment at 10am.
I then sit outside our veranda and watch the sky in it's perfect hues. I will never get tired of looking at this kind of view.
I ate my usual breakfast consisting of brewed coffee plus whatever bread or pastry there is at home. Today we only have slice bread so I make do of what's available.
I then prepared myself and went to the salon. I made sure to visit the salon each quarter for a Brazilian hair treatment to keep my hair in order. Fortunately, today is a holiday so I had the time to sneak an appointment.
Unlike other hair services, Brazilian treatment would only take about 2 hours to complete so I finished just in time for lunch.
My first video in 3speak
As mentioned in my previous blogs, I'm interested to learn about videography and vlogging. So I took some actions and started making videos right away. Coincidentally, my mom tasked me to make her milky melon dessert. This time, with chopped ripped mangoes. This is a perfect subject for my content creation, I thought to myself. So I asked a favor from my sister to make the dessert with me as I take clips for the video. Thankfully, she was supportive about it.
Tadaa, here's our finish product:
I know it's far from perfect and it didn't even got much attention but I'm happy I finally made my first step. I hope I improve over time and make better videos in the future.
I just love the concept of creating content and putting it out there. It stimulates my creativity. Something I didn't imagine I'd ever do.
Anyways, back to my melon dessert, as always, my family enjoyed it so much that they finished it in one sitting.
That's it for today's blog. See you in my next one!
Sending some love and light
With love, Jane
Uy kape.

Happy Holiday, and enjoy it! You know what my mom used to make melon as a dessert, and I always loved her concoction. She always makes it every weekend, and I love how it tastes. Cheers!
A day starts with coffee for sure. I'm the same, I can't do any work without having coffee first. Anyway, that's a nice day out, enjoying ME time.
